چكيده فارسي :
آن چه در نگرش و بينش قرآني از ارزش و اهميت برخوردار است، سعي و تلاش است، كه نوعي از مفهوم كار را با خود به همراه دارد. اشتغال و كارآفريني امروزه در جامعه ما، يكي از مسائل اساسي و موضوعات مورد بحث مي باشد، و هر كس نسبت به فراخور حالش و بر اساس رشته تخصصي و انديشه هاي خود، در مورد چگونگي اشتغال جوانان و آداب و شيوه هاي كار، علل و انگيزه هاي بيكاري، انواع مشاغل، اولويت انتخاب شغل هاو ...سخن گفته و بحث مي كند. از اين رو در نوشتار حاضر به مبحث كارآفريني اسلامي؛ فرصت ها و راهكارها پرداخته شده است. به نظر مي رسد لزوم اهتمام انسانها به عدالت، جديت و پشتكار، صداقت، اميد و توكل به خدا، مشورت با ديگران، تكيه بر دين، اجتناب از مكاسب حرام، تزكيه نفس، تشويق به كار، پيگيري در كار ، كسب و كار و كارآفريني براي تأمين معاش خانواده، دستگيري از نيازمندان، افزايش ثروت جهت استفاده مشروع از آن و فراهم ساختن فرصت هاي غير قابل تصور براي ديگران، برخي از فرصت هاي كارآفريني اسلامي مي باشد. پژوهش با تحليل محتواي منابع معتبر اسلامي به تبيين چالش هاي كارآفريني پرداخته و با تحليل و كشف روابط علي و معلولي سعي در راه حل آنها در اسلام دارد. مقاله بر عناصري نظير عدالت، پشتكار، دقت در كار، استمرار كار، رضاي الهي، توكل به خدا تاكيد دارد.

Attempts and efforts have a very significant value in Quranic perspective which is actually a perception of working. Nowadays, employment and entrepreneurship is one of the key issues and topics in our society, and everybody according to his condition on the basis of specialization and his ideas on how youth employment, customs and practices, the causes and unemployment motivation, types of jobs, career choices and preferences have spoken and discussed. Therefore, in this paper, the issue of Islamic entrepreneurship, constraints, opportunities and solutions will be discussed. It seems a necessary human endeavor to justice, diligence and perseverance, honesty, hope and trust in God, consultation with others, relying on religion to avoid forbidden contracts, purification, encouraged to do follow-up work, business and entrepreneurship to support the family, help the poor people, increase wealth and provide the legitimate use of the opportunities which are unimaginable for others, consisting Islamic entrepreneurial constraints, challenges, opportunities and solutions. This article offering the analysis of authentic Islamic sources to explain the challenges of Islamic entrepreneurship. This article emphasizes on factors such as justice, perseverance, accuracy in work, continuous working, divine satisfaction, and trust in God
