چكيده فارسي :
سامانه‌هاي يكپارچه محصول سامانه‌هاي يكپارچه مي باشند و در سيستم‌هاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي، عمراني، انرژي و سلامت به كار مي‌روند. مكتب فقهي اماميه نيز مجموعه اي وسيع از فرمول‌ها و قواعد فقهي براي تشخيص امور حلال از حرام در حوزه اقتصاد دارد و ايران پايگاه فرهنگ شيعه است. آيا مهندسي يكپارچه سازي سيستم‌هاي اجتماعي، فرهنگي، سياسي، صنعتي، پزشكي در فقه شيعه داراي احكام شرعي است؟ آيا مي توان سامانه‌هاي يكپارچه را دسته بندي كرد؟ ضوابط و فرمول‌هاي حرمت سامانه‌هاي جامع كدامند؟ كاربردهاي حرام سامانه‌هاي يكپارچه و سامانه‌هاي يكپارچه در فرهنگ شيعي و بر اساس علوم مهندسي در ايران كدامند؟ اين پژوهش با روش استخراج قواعد و ضوابط فقهي حرمت و حليت از فقه اماميه بر اساس نظرات كارشناسي ديني و فقها و با كاربرد آن در حوزه سامانه‌هاي يكپارچه سعي در تطبيق قواعد فقه اسلام بر مصاديق در سامانه‌هاي يكپارچه دارد و با كاربرد قواعد فقه در سامانه‌هاي يكپارچه به تبيين و فهرست مصاديق حرام سامانه‌هاي يكپارچه در ايران مي پردازد. برخي از ضوابط حرمت سامانه هاي يكپارچه بر اساس نتايج پژوهش، عبارت از قواعد سلب ضرر، غرر، جهل، ارتشاء، فساد، لغو، ربا، عسر و حرج، احتكار، شرب خمر، فحشاء، ارتداد، كفر، شرك، خيانت، بغي، گناه، ظلم، بدعت و تدليس مي باشند. پيشنهاد پژوهش، به كارگيري قواعد فقه در توليد، توزيع و كاربرد سامانه‌هاي يكپارچه حلال صنعتي، آموزشي، اقتصادي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي، فناوري، بهداشتي و سلامت و پرهيز از به كارگيري سامانه‌ها يكپارچه‌ي استعماري و حرام در ايران است.

Shia school of jurisprudence as well as an extensive collection of formulas and rules of jurisprudence to distinguish lawful from unlawful activities in the field of economy and culture base is Shiite Iran. Whether engineering,systems integration,social,cultural,political,industrial,medical Shiite religious commandments is having? Is it possible to integrate systems categorize it? What are the terms and formulas sanctity of comprehensive systems? Unlawful use of integrated systems and integrated systems engineering sciences in Iran in the Shiite culture and based on what? The study extraction method rules and criteria juridical lawful and unlawful of jurisprudence Imamiah according to expert opinions and religious scholars and with its use in the field of integrated system trying to match the rules on Islamic jurisprudence exemplifications in integrated system and the application of rules in jurisprudence of integrated system to provide the list of forbidden exemplifications integrated system in Iran. Some of the sanctity of the criteria of integrated system based on the results of the study,rules of personallosses,ignorance,corruption,bribery,cancellation,speculation,eavesdropping,drinking alcohol,prostitution,apostasy,Kofr,shark,betrayal,vice,injustice,innovation and are or enact antitrust draft. research proposal,applying the rules of jurisprudence in production,distribution and use of an integrated industrial solvent,education,economic,social,cultural,technology,health care and avoid deployment of integrated systems colonial and taboo in Iran.
