بررسي تاثيربكارگيري فناوري اطلاعات برانتقال دانش صريح وتوانمندسازي كاركنان در شركت ملي پخش فرآورده هاي نفتي منطقه اردبيل

: هدف از اين مطالعه بكارگيري فناوري اطلاعات بر انتقال دانش صريح و توانمندي سازي كاركنان درشركت نفت استان اردبيل مي باشد. اين پژوهش ميداني بوده و از نوع كاربردي ،توصيفي و پيمايشي مي باشد. تعداد آزمودني اين پژوهش بالغ بر420 نفر مي باشد كه از اين تعداد 201 نفر نمونه آماري را در بر مي گيرد. كه به صورت تصادفي- طبقه اي از كاركنان تامين اجتماعي استان اردبيل انتخاب شده اند. در اين پژوهش از پرسشنامه، به كارگيري فن آوري اطلاعات، توانمندي سازماني و انتقال صريح دانش استفاده شده است پرسشنامه هاي فوق محقق ساخته مي باشد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss21 مورد تجزيه وتحليل قرار گرفت و براي كشف رابطه بين داده ها و ميزان رابطه آن ها از آزمون رگرسيون و ضريب همبستگي استفاده شد. به طور كلي با توجه به نتايج پژوهش معلوم شد كه بين به كارگيري فن آوري اطلاعات و توانمند سازي سازماني و به كارگيري فن آوري اطلاعات با انتقال داتش صريح رابطه معني داري با اطمينان 95 درصد وجود دارد. واژگان كليدي: فناوري اطلاعات، انتقال دانش صريح ، ، توانمندي سازي

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to study the effect of using information technology on the transferring explicit knowledge and empowering the employees of Oil Company in Ardabil province. This study is a field research and is based on applied, descriptive methods. The subjects of this study are 420 staff of the oil company in Ardabil province that 201 of them are included in the statistical sample selected by using random and stratified sampling method. In this study, the questionnaires of applying information technology, organizational empowering and transferring the explicit knowledge is used .The questionnaire is a researcher- made one. The data was analyzed using the software spss16 and to explore the relationship among the data and the degree of relationship, the test of regression and correlation coefficient were used. Generally the results show that there is meaningful relationship between applying information technology and empowering the employees and also between the use of information technology and transferring explicit knowledge.
