عوامل مؤثر بر ترافيك شهر قم با استفاده از روش تجزيه‌وتحليل مورفولوژيك

Effective factors Traffic in Qom City Using Morphological Analysis

شهر قم هشتمين شهر كشور از لحاظ جمعيت و دومين شهر زيارتي كشور پس از مشهد است. در ساليان اخير مهاجرت روستائيان ديگر استان ها، وجود عتبات عاليات (حرم مطهر حضرت معصومه و مسجد جمكران، ...)، مركزيت پذيرش طلاب علوم ديني و موقعيت جغرافيايي به‌عنوان شاهراه مواصلاتي شمال به جنوب و شرق به غرب، مقوله حمل‌ونقل را به‌ مسئله اي مهم در اين شهر مبدل ساخته است. حمل‌ونقل و ترافيك شهري همانند شبكه‌اي به هم تنيده، روزانه، ميليون‌ها ساعت از وقت و سرمايه شهروندان را هدر مي‌دهند. مجموعه اين خصوصيات سبب گرديده كه برنامه‌ريزي و ساماندهي حمل‌ونقل و ترافيك شهر قم از اهميت خاصي برخوردار گردد. در تحقيق حاضر با استفاده از نرم‌افزار سناريويزارد و تحليل مورفولوژيك به 4 سناريوي سازگار دست يافتيم كه به ترتيب طراحي تقاطع‌ها، رفاه شهروندان، مسائل زيست‌محيطي، توسعه و ترويج حمل‌ونقل پاك و چراغ‌هاي راهنمايي و رانندگي از عوامل مؤثر بر ترافيك شهر قم تعيين شدند.

Qom is the eighth city of the country in terms of population and the second largest city in the country after Mashhad. In recent years, the migration of the villagers of other provinces, the presence of the high priests (the holy shrine of Masumeh and the Jamkran Mosque ...), the centrality of accepting religious scholars and geographical position as the north-south-east and east-west transit highway, Has become a major issue in the city.Urban traffic and traffic, like interconnected networks, waste daily millions of hours of capital and capital. The collection of these features has made it very important to plan and organize traffic and traffic in Qom.In the present study, using four scenario scenarios and morphological analysis software, four consistent scenarios were developed that determined the intersection design, welfare of citizens, environmental issues, development and promotion of clean transportation and traffic lights as factors affecting traffic in Qom.
