Satisfaction Rate in Project with no Aim Case study

Providingappropriate housing for the people is one of the responsibilities of the governmentssuch as Islamic republic of Iran government.In recent years the government decided to implement the mass housingfor low-income households, that this project wascalled “Mehr housing”.Theaim of current research wasevaluation thesatisfaction rate of Mehr housingresidentsin Ardabil city, northwest of Iran.Randomly selected heads of 120household residents of Ardabil Mehr housing andasked somequestions about characteristics of householdsandlevel and general aspects of satisfaction according Van Poll’s modeland social factors.Residents were generally dissatisfiedwith the most of surveyed indicators such as cultural status, housing cooperatives function, maskan bank function, access to city center, facilities out of unit, area for vehicle stop and costs.Majorityof the households stated that their housing problem hasnotbeen resolved by the Mehr housing. In contrast, internal conditions, security and social participating of residents were reported as themain advantages of the sites.
