بررسي نيازهاي اساسي گلاسر در زنان و مردان آماده ازدواج

ازدواج موفق پيش از هرچيز مستلزم شناخت صحيح افراد از خود، ويژگيها و نيازهاي خود ميباشد.از اينرو، پژوهش حاضر در قالب يك مطالعه توصيفي به بررسي نيازهاي افراد آماده ازدواج پرداخته است.جامعه پژوهش تمام افراد آماده ازدواج شهر شيراز بودند كه جهت مصاحبه تشخيصي، آشنايي با ملاك ها و معيارهاي ازدواج و معرفي افراد مناسب جهت ازدواج به مركز تخصصي آموزش و مشاوره خانواده بهارنكو مراجعه كرده بودند. مجموعا 471 نفر شامل 283 زن و 188 مرد به مركز بهارنكو مراجعه كرده بودند كه تمام اين افراد براي شركت در پژوهش انتخاب و بررسي شدند. شركت كنندگان به پرسشنامه نيازهاي گلاسر BNQ پاسخ دادند. براي بررسي سئوالات پژوهش از شاخصهاي آمار توصيفي شامل ميانگين و انحراف معيار و تحليل واريانس استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه به طور كلي در بين زنان ومردان آماده ازدواج نياز به عشق داراي بيشترين ميانگين و نياز به آزادي داراي كمترين ميانگين است. افزون براين، بين زنان و مردان آماده ازدواج از نظر نياز به قدرت و نياز به تفريح تفاوت معناداري وجود داشت.

Successful marriage requires, first and foremost, the proper knowledge of individuals about themselves, their characteristics and their needs.Therefore, the basic needs of people who were ready to marry was investigated in this research, in the form of a descriptive study. The research population included all people in Shiraz who were ready to marry and referred to Baharneko Family Training and Advice Center for diagnostic interview, familiarity with the criteria of the marriage and introducing suitable people for marriage. 471 people, including 283 women and 188 men, were referred to the Baharneko Center, all of whom were selected to participate in the study. Participants responded to the Glaser Needs Questionnaire (BNQ). Descriptive statistics including Mean and Standard Deviation, and ANOVA were used to study the research questions. Results showed that, among all men and women who are ready to marriage the need for love has the highest mean and the need for freedom has the lowest mean. Additionally, there was a significant difference between men and women who are ready to marry in terms of the need for power and the need for fun
