هدف از اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﺷﮑﻞ ﺑﺪن ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺳﮓ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺟﻮﯾﺒﺎري ﺟﻨﺲ Paracobitis در رودﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي زرﯾﻦ ﮔﻞ و اﺗﺮك رود ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﺷﺒﮑﻪاي ﺗﺮاس ﺑﻮد. ﺗﻌﺪاد 44 ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ Paracobitis ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﺷﻮﮐﺮ از رودﺧﺎﻧﻪ زرﯾﻦ ﮔﻞ (22 ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ) و اﺗﺮك رود (22 ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ) ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮداري ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. از ﺳﻄﺢ ﺟﺎﻧﺒﯽ ﺳﻤﺖ ﭼﭗ ﺑﺪن ﻣﺎﻫﯽﻫﺎ ﻋﮑﺲ ﯾﺮداري ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه و روي ﺗﺼﺎوﯾﺮ دو ﺑﻌﺪي ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار TpsDig ﺗﻌﺪاد 15 ﻧﻘﻄﻪ روي ﺑﺪن ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و 97 ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ اﯾﻦ ﻧﻘﺎط بر روي ﺳﻤﺖ ﭼﭗ ﺑﺪن آﻧﻬﺎ اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪ. اﺧﺘﻼﻓﺎت رﯾﺨﺘﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي ﻣﺬﮐﻮر ﺗﺤﺖ آزﻣﻮن ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ (PCA) و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﻣﺘﻤﺎﯾﺰﮐﻨﻨﺪه (DFA) ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري در وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي رﯾﺨﺘﯽ دو ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ (p< .0001)وﺟﻮد دارد .و آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﻣﺘﻤﺎﯾﺰ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه (dfa) توانست جمعيت هاي مورد مطاله را به ميزان 93%از ﯾﮑﺪﯾﮕﺮ ﺗﻔﮑﯿﮏ ﮐﻨﺪ،ﮐﻪ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮ ﺳﺎزﮔﺎري ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖﻫﺎ در ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ زﯾﺴﺘﮕﺎه ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The objective of this study was to determine the body shape variation among Paracobitis populations Zarrin Gol and Atrak reservoir using Truss network system. A total of 44 specimens were sampled by using electroshocker from the Zarrin Gol (22 specimens) and Atrak (22 specimens) reservoir. The left side of the specimens was photographed using a digital camera and then fifteen landmark-points were selected on two-dimensional images using TpsDig2 and 97 distances between these points was measured on the left side of their body. The morphological differences between the groups were analyzed by PCA and DFA analysis. The results showed a significant differences among the two studied populations in terms of morphological traits (P< 0.0001). an‎d DFA analysis could separate the studied populations by 93%, which could indicate the adaptation of the populations in response to the environmental conditions of the habitat.
