Investigation of parasitic fauna of Squalius turcica in Chalus River

ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺑﯿﻤﺎري ﻫﺎي ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻋﻠﺖ وﺟﻮد آن در ﭼﺮﺧﻪ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ اﻧﺴﺎن ﻫﺎ داراي اﻫﻤﯿﺖ و ﺿﺮورﺗﯽ اﺳﺖ.رودﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﭼﺎﻟﻮس ﻧﯿﺰ ﯾﮑﯽ از رودﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻬﻢ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران در اﻣﻮر ﺗﮑﺜﯿﺮ و ﭘﺮورش ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﺳﺖ.از اﯾﻦ رو در اﯾﻦ ﭘﺮوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻓﻮن اﻧﮕﻠﯽ ﺳﻔﯿﺪ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ در ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﻫﺎي اﻟﻮده ﺑﻪ اﻧﮕﻞ در رودﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﭼﺎﻟﻮس ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ اﯾﻢ.اﺑﺘﺪا ﺻﯿﺪ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت زﻧﺪه در اﯾﺴﺘﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺷﺪه در دو ﻓﺼﻞ ﺑﻬﺎر و ﺗﺎﺑﺴﺘﺎن اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺑﻪ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﻣﻨﺘﻘﻞ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.ﭘﺲ از اﻧﺘﻘﺎل اﺑﺘﺪه ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر ﻫﺎي ﻓﺮاواﻧﯽ،ﻃﻮل،ﺳﻦ و وزن ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و ﺳﭙﺲ اﻧﮕﻞ ﻫﺎي داﺧﻠﯽ و ﺧﺎرﺟﯽ آن ﺟﺪا و ﺗﺸﺨﯿﺺ داده ﺷﺪ.ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺻﻮرت ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ ﮐه ﻣﺎﻫﯽ آن آﻟﻮده ﺑﻪ اﻧﮕﻞ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ.اﻧﮕﻞ ﻫﺎي2ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﮐﻪ 5 ،B ﻣﺎﻫﯽ آن آﻟﻮده و اﯾﺴﺘﮕﺎه21ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﮐﻪ 24،Aﻣﯿﺰان ﻓﺮاواﻧﯽ ﻣﻄﻠﻖ اﯾﺴﺘﮕﺎه ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪه ﺷﺎﻣﻞ:اﯾﮏ ،ﭘﺎرادﯾﭙﻠﻮزون ،ﻣﯿﮑﺴﻮﺑﻮﻟﻮس ،ژﯾﺮوداﮐﺘﯿﻠﻮس ،داﮐﺘﯿﻠﻮژﯾﺮوس ،ﺑﻮﺗﺮﯾﻮﺳﺎﻟﻮس ﺑﻮده اﺳت.

Because the fish is a part of human food,therefore it is important to study the fish diseases.Chalus River is one of the main rivers of Mazandaran Province for breeding and culturing of different fish.Therefore,this study aims to investigate parasitic fauna of chub.Initially,fish were caught live in determined stations during two seasone,spring and summer and transferred to the lab for more investigations.After their conduction, first some factors such as frequency,length,gender and weight of fish were measured and then, their internal and external parasites were separated and diagnosed.The results were such the absolute frequency of station A was 24, with 21 cantaminated and in station B , was 5, with 2 contaminated to the parasite. The diagnosed parasites included Ichthyophthirius multifiliis,Paradiplozoon,Myxobulus sp. ,Dactylogyrus lenkorani,Gyrodactylus protate,Botheriocephalus.
