چكيده فارسي :
اﺻـــﻄﻼح ﮔﻠﺨﻮرك ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﭘﻨﺞ ﺟﻨﺲ 1837 ،Periophthalmodon Bleeker, 1874 ،Boleophthalmus Valenciennes, 1989و Scartelaos Swainson, 1839 ،Periophthalmus Bloch & Schneider, 1801 ,Zappa Murdy اﻃﻼق ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻣﻮﻟﮑﻮﻟﯽ اﺧﯿﺮ ﻧﺸـــﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ زﯾﺮﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﻫﺎي Amblyopinaeو Oxudercinae ﺗﮏ ﻧﯿﺎ ﻧﺒﻮده و در ﯾﮏ دودﻣﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻧﺎم دودﻣﺎن Periophthalmus ادغام شده اند. زﯾﺮﺧﺎﻧﻮاده Oxderciniae داراي ده ﺟﻨﺲ اﺳـــﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻓﻘﻂ ﺳـــﻪ ﺟﻨﺲ Boleophthalmus، Scartelaosو Periophthalmus در ﻏﺮب ﺳــﻮاﺣﻞ ﺟﻨﻮﺑﯽ ﻫﻨﺪ دﯾﺪه ﻣﯽ ﺷــﻮﻧﺪ و ﺗﺎ ﺷــﻤﺎل ﺧﻠﯿﺞ ﻓﺎرس و ﺳــﻮاﺣﻞ ﻏﺮﺑﯽ ﻗﺎره آﻓﺮﯾﻘﺎ ﭘﺮاﮐﻨﺶ دارﻧﺪ. ﺟﻨﺲ Periophthalmus، نوزده ﮔﻮﻧﻪ، ﺟﻨﺲ Boleophthalmus شش گونه و ، ﺟﻨﺲ Scartelaos ﭼﻬﺎر ﮔﻮﻧﻪ دارد. ﻫﺪف ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ رواﺑﻂ ﺗﺒﺎرزاﯾﯽ دودﻣﺎن Periophthalmus و ﺑﻪ وﯾﮋه ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺳﻪ ﺟﻨﺲ Periophthalmus ،Boleophthalmus ، Scartelaos ﺑﺎ اﺳـــﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﻮاﻟﯽ ﻫﺎي ژن COI ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﺑﺎﻧﮏ ژﻧﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷـــﺪ. 27 ﺗﻮاﻟﯽ coi ﮔﻮﻧــﻪ Sicyopterus lagocephalus ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺑﺮون ﮔﺮوه اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪ. درﺧﺖ ﺗﺒﺎرزاﯾﯽ ﺑﺮ ا ﺳﺎس دو روش Bayesianو Maximum likelihood با استفاده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰارﻫﺎي 7.2.5 RAxML و 3.2 MrBayes ر ﺳﻢ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. دو دودﻣﺎن ﮐﻠﯽ در درﺧﺖ وﺟﻮد دارد ﮐﻪ ﻋﺒﺎرﺗﻨﺪ از دودﻣﺎن ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ،Scartelaos ،Boleophthalmus ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺟﻨﺲ ، Periophthalmus ( 13 توالي مربوط به 7 گونه) ، و دودمان شامل جنس هاي Boleophthalmus ، Scartelaos، ) Trypauchenو (14 ﺗﻮاﻟﯽ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ 9 ﮔﻮﻧﻪ). ﭼﮕﻮﻧﮕﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ ﺗﺎﮐﺴـــﻮن ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ در درﺧﺖ ﺗﺒﺎرزاﯾﯽ ﻣﻮﻟﮑﻮﻟﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﭘﺮاﮐﻨﺶ آن ﻫﺎ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺤﺚ و ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Mudskippers are species of the genera Boleophthalmus Valenciennes, 1837, Periophthalmodon Bleeker, 1874, Periophthalmus Bloch & Schneider, 1801, Scartelaos Swainson, 1839, and Zappa Murdy, 1989. Recent molecular studies prove that subfamilies Oxudercinae and Amblyopinae are not monophyletic and have been merged in Periophthalmus-lineage. Subfamily Oxudercinae is composed of 10 genera; only three genera Boleophthalmus, Periophthalmus and Scartelaos are found west of the southern tip of India and from there extend as far west as the Persian Gulf and western coasts of Africa. There are currently 19, 6 and 4 recognized species for Periophthalmus, Boleophthalmus and Scartelaos genera, respectively. The aim of this study is surviving molecular phylogeny of Periophthalmus-lineage using COI sequences which are available in GenBank. Sicyopterus lagocephalus is selected as outgroup. Phylogenetic reconstructions, based on Maximum likelihood and Bayesian, were performed using RAxML 7.2.5 and MrBayes 3.2. Based on phylogenetic tree there are two main lineages, one lineage is composed of conspecifics of Periophthalmus (13 sequences of 7 species) and another lineage is composed of Boleophthalmus, Scartelaos, Parapocryptes, Oxuderces and Trypauchen (14 sequences of 9 species). The topology of phylogenetic tree is discussed based on distribution of different taxa.
