آﺋﺮوﻣﻮﻧﺎس ﻫﯿﺪروﻓﯿﻼ ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮي ﮔﺮم ﻣﻨﻔﯽ، ﻓﺮﺻﺖ ﻃﻠﺐ، ﺑﯽ ﻫﻮازي اﺧﺘﯿﺎري ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ آب ﻫﺎي ﺷﯿﺮﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ در ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن، ﭘﺮﻧﺪﮔﺎن، دوزﯾﺴﺘﺎن، ﺧﺰﻧﺪﮔﺎن و ﭘ ﺴﺘﺎﻧﺪاران ﺑﯿﻤﺎري اﯾﺠﺎد ﮐﻨﺪ. ﺑﯿﻮﻓﯿﻠﻢﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪاي از ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮيﻫﺎ ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﭼﺴــﺒﯿﺪن ﺑﻪ ﺳــﻄﻮح ﺑﺎ اﺳــﺘﻔﺎده از ﭘﻠﯿﻤﺮﻫﺎي ﺧﺎرج ﺳــﻠﻮﻟﯽ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ اﮔﺰوﭘﻠﯽ ﺳــﺎﮐﺎرﯾﺪﻫﺎ، اﺳــﯿﺪﻫﺎي ﻧﻮﮐﻠﺌﯿﮏ و ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦﻫﺎ را دارا ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﺑﯿﻮﻓﯿﻠﻢ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ در ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ آﻧﺘﯽ ﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏﻫﺎ و دﻓﺎع ذاﺗﯽ ﻣﯿﺰﺑﺎن ﻣﯽﮔﺮدد. ﻫﺪف از ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎ ﺿﺮ ﺑﺮر ﺳﯽ ﺗﻮان ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﺑﯿﻮﻓﯿﻠﻢ ﺗﻮ ﺳﻂ ﺳﻮﯾﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ آﺋﺮوﻣﻮﻧﺎس ﻫﯿﺪروﻓﯿﻼ ﺟﺪا ﺷﺪه از ﮐﭙﻮرﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺑﯿﻤﺎر اﺳﺘﺎن ﺧﻮز ﺳﺘﺎن در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺑﺮون ﺗﻨﯽ (In vitro) ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﺗﯿﺘﺮ ﭘﻠﯿﺖ ﮐﺮﯾﺴﺘﺎل وﯾﻮﻟﻪ، در ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﺟﺪاﯾﻪﻫﺎ اﯾﻦ ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ. 13 ﺟﺪاﯾﻪ ( 68/5%). ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﺑﯿﻮﻓﯿﻠﻢ را ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻣﺘﻮ ﺳﻂ و 5 ﺟﺪايه ( 26/3%) ﺑﻄﻮر ﺿﻌﯿﻒ و 1 ﺟﺪاﯾﻪ( 5/2%) ﺑﻄﻮر ﻗﻮي ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﺑﯿﻮﻓﯿﻠﻢ را ﻧﺸــﺎن دادﻧﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳــﺖ آﻣﺪه از ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿــﺮ اﻏﻠﺐ ﺟﺪاﯾﻪﻫﺎ (68/5%) ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﺑﯿﻮﻓﯿﻠﻢ در ﺣﺪ ﻣﺘﻮ ﺳﻂ را دا ﺷﺘﻨﺪ، ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ در ﺑﻘﺎي ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮي در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ و ﻣﯿﺰﺑﺎن و ﻣﺰﻣﻦ ﺷﺪن ﺑﯿﻤﺎريﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺟﺪاﯾﻪﻫﺎي آﺋﺮوﻣﻮﻧﺎس ﻫﯿﺪروﻓﯿﻼ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﻬﻤﯽ دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
Aeromonas Hydrophilia is a gram negative, opportunistic, facultative anaerobic bacterium that can be found in fish, birds, amphibians, reptiles and mammals. Biofilms are an organized collection of bacteria that have the ability to stick to surfaces using extracellular polymers such as exopolysaccharides, nucleic acids, and proteins. Biofilm formation also leads to resistance to antibiotics and the host's inherent defense. The aim of the present study was to investigate the ability of biofilm formation by different strains of Aeromonas hydrophilia isolated from sick cyprinids of Khuzestan province under in vitro conditions. In this study based on the Microfiber Crystal Violet Plate, this ability was observed in all isolates. 13 isolates (68.5%) were able to produce biofilms on average, and 5 isolates (26.3%) were weak and 1 isolate (5.2%) showed strong biofilm production capacity. According to the results of this study, most isolates (68.5%) had the ability to produce biofilms at moderate level; this factor plays an important role in the survival of bacteria in the host and in the chronicity of the diseases associated with aeromonase hydrophila isolates.
