چكيده فارسي :
اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ در ﺗﺎﺑﺴﺘﺎن ﺳﺎل 94 در ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ ﺷﯿﻼت و ﻓﻨﻮن درﯾﺎﯾﯽ زﻧﺪه ﯾﺎد دﮐﺘﺮ ﮐﯿﻮان (ﭼﻤﺨﺎﻟﻪ) ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﻮﻟﺘﯽ آﻧﺰﯾﻢ ﮐﻤﺒﻮ ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺼﻬﺎي رﺷﺪ و آﻧﺰﯾﻢ ﻫﺎي ﮐﺒﺪي ﺑﭽﻪ ﺗﺎﺳﻤﺎﻫﯽ ﺳﯿﺒﺮي ﺻﻮرت ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﻃﺮح آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺑﺎ وزن ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ 0/001±40 ﮔﺮم در اﺑﺘﺪا ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت ﯾﮏ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ درون ﻣﺨﺎزن 250 ﻟﯿﺘﺮي ﺑﺎ ﺗﺮاﮐﻢ 5 ﻗﻄﻌﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻄﺒﯿﻖ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﮐﺎرﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻏﺬاي ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﻓﺮاداﻧﻪ ﻣﺨﺼﻮص ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺧﺎوﯾﺎري ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ، ﺑﻌﺪ ازﻣﺪت ﻣﺬﮐﻮر ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺑﺼﻮرت ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﻏﺎﻟﺐ 1 ﮔﺮوه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﺪون اﻓﺰودن ﻣﻮﻟﺘﯽ آﻧﺰﯾﻢ و3 ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ, ﻫﺮ ﯾﮏ ﺑﺎ 3 ﺗﮑﺮار در ﻫﺮ وان ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ و ﺑﺼﻮرت دﺳﺘﯽ و 3 ﺑﺎر در روز ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 3% ﺗﻮده زﻧﺪه ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 500 - 1000- 1500 (ﻣﯿﻠﯿﮕﺮم/ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﻏﺬا) ﺑﻪ ﺟﯿﺮه ﭘﺎﯾﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن اﺿﺎﻓﻪ و ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 60 روز ﻏﺬادﻫﯽ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. زﯾﺴﺖ ﺳﻨﺠﯽ در اﺑﺘﺪا, وﺳﻂ و اﻧﺘﻬﺎي دوره اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ و ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﻫﺎ و رﻓﺮاﻧﺲ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻌﺘﺒﺮ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻮﻟﺘﯽ آﻧﺰﯾﻢ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري در ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ وزن ﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ,ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ,ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﭼﺎﻗﯽ,درﺻﺪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ وزن ﺑﺪن,ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ رﺷﺪ روزاﻧﻪ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ رﺷﺪ روزاﻧﻪ در ﺑﭽﻪ ﺗﺎﺳﻤﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺳﯿﺒﺮي ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ وﺣﺪاﮐﺜﺮ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ1500-1000 (ﮔﺮم/ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﻣﻮﻟﺘﯽ آﻧﺰﯾﻢ) در ﺟﯿﺮه ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ ﻣﻮﻟﺘﯽ آﻧﺰﯾﻢ ﮐﻤﺒﻮ در ﺟﯿﺮه اﺛﺮات ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري در ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ ﺑﭽﻪ ﺎﺳﻤﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺳﯿﺒﺮي دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
In this pilot project fish with an average weight of 001/0 ± 40 g in the 250-liter tank for a week at a density of 5 fish were fed with regular food for the change to a workshop, A short time later the dominant fish as a completely randomized control group without adding multi-enzyme 1 and 3 treatment groups each with three replications in each tub distribution and Manually and three times a day at a rate of 3% biomass in 3 different levels 1500-1000-500 (g / kg Multi enzyme combo) fish added to the basal diet was fed for 60 days. Biometrics at the beginning, middle and end of the study period, growth was valid on the basis of formulas and references. The results showed that increased growth factors such as multi-enzyme causes a significant increase in final weight, feed conversion ratio, condition factor, percent of body weight, average daily gain and daily growth rate has been in the Siberian sturgeon and Maximum improvement in the use of growth factors Trkyb1000-1500 (g / kg multi-enzymes) were observed in the diet. The results showed that the use of multi-enzyme combination combo in the diet, significant positive effects on improving growth factors to Siberian sturgeon.
