ﺑﺮاي ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ اﺳﯿﺪﻫﺎي ﭼﺮب ﺑﺮ آﻧﺰﯾﻢﻫﺎي ﺳﺮم ﺧﻮن ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﻗﺰل آﻻي رﻧﮕﯿﻦﮐﻤﺎن در ﻫﻨﮕﺎم ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻨﯽ روﻏﻦ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﺎ روﻏﻦ ﮐﺎﻧﻮﻻ ﻃﯽ ﯾﮏ دوره ﭘﻨﺠﺎه روزه، ﺗﻌﺪاد 300 ﻋﺪد ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﺎ وزن ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ 0/6± 5 /63 گرم و ﺑﺎ ﺗﺮاﮐﻢ 25 ﻋﺪد ﺑﻪ ﺣﻮﺿﭽﻪﻫﺎي 500ﻟﯿﺘﺮي ﻓﺎﯾﺒﺮﮔﻼس ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ و ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاي اﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﭼﻬﺎر ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺑﺎ دو ﺗﮑﺮار ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻨﯽ روﻏﻦ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ ﮐﺎﻧﻮﻻ ﺑﺎ درﺻﺪﻫﺎي 0، 67 ،33 و 100 درﺻﺪ ﺑﺎ روﻏﻦ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ آﻧﺰﯾﻢﻫﺎي ﮐﺒﺪي (LDHو ALT ،ALP ،AST) در تيمار حاوي 100% روﻏﻦ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ از ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ و ﻣﺘﻌﺎدل اﺳﯿﺪﻫﺎي ﭼﺮب ﻧﻪ ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد رﺷﺪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد، ﺑﻠﮑﻪ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ اﯾﻤﻨﯽ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. وﻟﯽ اﮐﺴﯿﺪاﺳﯿﻮن اﺳﯿﺪﻫﺎي ﭼﺮب ﺑﺮاي ﺳﻠﻮلﻫﺎي ﮐﺒﺪي ﺧﻄﺮﻧﺎك ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ در ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ آﻧﺰﯾﻢﻫﺎي ﮐﺒﺪي در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺣﺎوي % 100 روﻏﻦ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ از ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﺑﻮد. اﺣﺘﻤﺎﻻً اﮐﺴﯿﺪاﺳﯿﻮن اﺳﯿﺪﻫﺎي ﭼﺮب ﺑﺎﻋﺚ آﺳﯿﺐ دﯾﺪن ﺳﻠﻮلﻫﺎي ﮐﺒﺪي ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ در زﻣﺎن ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﻏﺬاي ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎﻟﻢ ﺑﻮدن روﻏﻦﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺴﺘﻪﺑﻨﺪي ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻏﺬا ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺧﺎص ﺑﻪ ﻋﻤﻞ آﯾﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of replacement of fish oil (FO) by canola oil (CO) on serum enzymes of the rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss (63.5±0.6 g mean individual weight) for 50 days. Four experimental diets were formulated with partial or complete (33%, 67%, 100%) replacement of Fo with CO. The diets were fed to duplicate groups of 25 trout fingerlings. Fish were randomly assigned to each of eight 500 liter fiberglass tanks (500L). The results showed that serum AST, ALP, ALT and LDH levels were higher in fish fed the 100% FO diet than the other fish. The results indicate that dietary lipids are not only supplied in the correct quantities and balance for optimal growth, but can maintain immune function. However, fatty acid oxidation is hazardous to hepatic cells. As, liver enzymes was significantly higher in fish fed FO diet.
