چكيده فارسي :
از زﻣﺎن اﺧﺘﺮاع روش LAMP در ﺳﺎل 2000، ﺗﺎﮐﻨﻮن اﯾﻦ روش ﺑﻪ ﯾﮑﯽ ازﭘﺮﮐﺎرﺑﺮدﺗﺮﯾﻦ اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي تشخيص ﺳﻠﻮﻟﯽ ﻣﻮﻟﮑﻮﻟﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺎزده، ﺳﺮﻋﺖ، دﻗﺖ، ﺣﺴﺎﺳﯿﺖ ﺑﺎﻻ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﮔﺸﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. در ﺳﺎلﻫﺎي اﺧﯿﺮ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺴﺘﺮش آﺑﺰي ﭘﺮوري و ﺷﯿﻮع ﺑﯿﻤﺎريﻫﺎ ﺗﻤﺎﯾﻞ ﺑﻪ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از LAMP اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ اﺳـﺖ. ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ LAMP ﻧﺸـﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه ارﺟﺤﯿﺖ و دﻗﺖ آن ﻧﺴـﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ PCR ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﻧﺸﺎن داده ا ﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ دﻗﺖ و اﺧﺘﺼﺎﺻﯿﺖ LAMP و ﻧﯿﺰ ﻋﺪم ﻧﯿﺎز آن ﺑﻪ دﺳﺘﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﭘﯿﭽﯿﺪه ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده آن در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺗﻼش ﮐﺮدﯾﻢ روش را ﺑﺎ ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﺧﯿﺮش ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار داده و ﻣﺮوري ﮐﻠﯽ از ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد آن ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺸﺨﯿﺺ ﭘﺎﺗﻮژنﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ آﺑﺰي ﭘﺮوري اﻧﺠﺎم دﻫﯿﻢ.
چكيده لاتين :
Since the invention of the LAMP method in 2000, it has become one of the most widely used molecular diagnostic tools with high efficiency, speed, precision, sensitivity, and so on. In recent years, due to the expansion of aquaculture and the spread of diseases, the tendency to use LAMP has been increased. All existing researches on LAMP indicate its preference and precision relative to PCR. Researches have shown that the precision and specificity of LAMP, as well as its no need for sophisticated devices, has caused to become a simple method for using in the field. In this paper, we tried to study the LAMP method with its various recent developments and provide an overview about its uses for detecting pathogens associated with aquaculture.
