چكيده فارسي :
راﺳﺘﻪ ﮐﻔﺸﮏ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺷﮑﻼن، از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﮔﻮﻧﺎﮔﻮﻧﯽ و ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ اي، ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ راﺳﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺎﻫﯿـﺎن ﺗﺠﺎري در ﺟﻬﺎن ﻣﺤﺴـﻮب ﻣﯿﺸﻮد. از وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻬﻢ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﭼﺮﺧﺶ ﻣﻮﻗﻌﯿﺖ ﭼﺸﻢ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻃﺮﻓﯿﻦ ﺳﺮ در زﻣﺎن ﺗﮑﻮﯾﻦ و ﻫﻨﮕﺎم ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ زﯾﺴﺘﮕﺎه ﺑﻪ ﮐﻒ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن در زﻧﺪﮔﯽ اﻧﺴﺎن و ﺗﻨﻮع رﯾﺨﺘﯽ ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن دارﻧﺪ، ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﻫﺎي زﯾﺴﺘﯽ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﻓﻠﺲ و ﻋﮑﺴﺒﺮداري دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎل، ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات J ﻫﺎي ﺗﮑﻮﯾﻨﯽ آﻧﻬﺎ از اﻫﻤﯿﺖ وﯾﮋه اي ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ و10ﻓﻠﺲ در ﺳﻪ رده ﺳﻨﯽ ﺑﺮاي دو ﮔﻮﻧﻪ از ﮐﻔﺸﮏ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺧﻠﯿﺞ ﻓﺎرس ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. از ﻫﺮ رده ﺳﻨﯽ، ﺗﻌﺪاد 10 ﻋﺪد ﻓﻠﺲ از ﻧﺎﺣﯿﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺧﻂ ﺟﺎﻧﺒﯽ و ﺑﺎﻟﻪ ﭘﺸﺘﯽ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج و ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ10از ﻫﺮ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد ،ﯾﮑﻄﺮﻓﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﻄﻮر ﮐﻠﯽ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات رﺷﺪ ﻓﻠﺲ ﺑﯿﻦ دو ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ از ﮐﻔﺸﮏ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار دارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻓﻠﺲ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ رده ﻫﺎي ﺳﻨﯽ ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت در ﻫﺮ دو ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ در ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﮐﻮﭼﮑﺘﺮ، ﺧﺎرﻫﺎي ﻧﺎﺣﯿﻪ ﻋﻘﺒﯽ ﮐﻮﭼﮑﺘﺮ و ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺷﻌﺎع ﻫﺎي ﻓﻠﺲ ﻫﺎ ﮐﻤﺘﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ، در ﺣﺎﻟﯿﮑﻪ در ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺑﺎ ﻃﻮل ﺑﺰرﮔﺘﺮ، ﺧﺎرﻫﺎي ﻧﺎﺣﯿﻪ ﻋﻘﺒﯽ ﺑﺰرﮔﺘﺮ و واﺿﺢ ﺗﺮ و ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﺷﻌﺎع ﻫﺎي ﻓﻠﺲ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
The Pleuronectiformes (known as flat fishes) is one of the most important orders of commercial fish in the world in terms of diversity and nutrition. The important features of these fish are the rotation of their eyes to the sides of the head at the time of development and when changing habitat to the floor. Considering the importance of these fish in human life and the diversity of these fish species, study of their biological properties including developmental characteristics, is of particular importance. In this study, by using J-scale indices and digital photography, the scales changes were studied in three age groups for two species of the Persian Gulf flat fishes. From each age group, 10 fish samples and 10 scales per sample were extracted from the region between lateral line and dorsal fins and studied. The univariate analysis of variance showed that the overall growth of scales between two species was significantly different. Also, comparing scales of different age ranges in both species showed that in smaller fish, the spines in the posterior region of scales were smaller and inter-radial distance was lower, while in larger fish, the spines were larger and the inter-radial distance was larger.
