ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﺑﺎﯾﻮﻓﻼك ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﺟﺪﯾﺪي اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در ﺳﺎلﻫﺎي اﺧﯿﺮ در آﺑﺰيﭘﺮوري ﺑﻪﺧﺼﻮص ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﺮاﮐﻢ و ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﻣﺘﺮاﮐﻢ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﯽﺷﻮد و از ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﺰاﯾﺎي اﯾﻦ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﺼﺮف آب، اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ در واﺣﺪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺪون ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﺑﯿﻮﻓﯿﻠﺘﺮ و ﺑﺎ ﺗﮑﯿﻪ ﺑﺮ ﺣﻀـــﻮر ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮيﻫﺎي ﻫﺘﺮوﺗﺮوف اﺳـــﺖ. اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺑﻪﻣﺪت 90 روز و با 420 ﻗﻄﻌﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﮐﭙﻮر ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻟﯽ ﺑﺎ وزن ﻣﺘﻮﺳـــﻂ (9 ±40/5) در ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ، ﺗﯿﻤﺎر اول ﺗﺎ ﺳﻮم ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺎ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﺑﺎﯾﻮﻓﻼك ﺑﺎ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﮔﺮم اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻣﺎﻫﯽﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﭘﺮورش داده ﺷــﺪﻧﺪ، ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﭼﻬﺎرم ﺑﺪون ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ در ﻧﺴــﺒﺖ ﮐﺮﺑﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻧﯿﺘﺮوژن وﻟﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻌﻮﯾﺾ آب ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان25 و 20 ،15ﮐﺮﺑﻦ ﺑﻪ ازت ﮐﻨﺘﺮل اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﺑﺮر ﺳﯽ آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﺑﯿﻮ ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺎﯾﻮﻓﻼك و ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﻻ ﺷﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﻣﻘﺎﯾ ﺴﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ ﺑﯿﻮﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺎﯾﻮﻓﻼك ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪي در ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻧﺸﺎن از ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﺎﻻي ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ در آنﻫﺎ ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ ﺑﯿﻮﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﻻﺷﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﻻﺷـــﻪ در ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي ﺑﺎﯾﻮﻓﻼك اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﻧﺴـــﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﮐﻨﺘﺮل داﺷـــﺖ. در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻓﻦآوري ﺑﺎﯾﻮﻓﻼك در ﭘﺮورش ﻣﺘﺮاﮐﻢ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﮐﭙﻮر ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻟﯽ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺑﻮده و ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﺑﯿﻮﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺎﯾﻮﻓﻼك و ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﻻﺷﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﻧﯿﺰ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﭘﺮورش ﻣﺘﺮاﮐﻢ ﺑﺪون ﻓﻦآوري ﺑﺎﯾﻮﻓﻼك ارﺗﻘﺎء ﻣﯽﯾﺎﺑﺪ
چكيده لاتين :
Biofloc system is a new technology that used in intensive and semi intensive systems. The main advantages of this system is the reduction of water consumption, along with increasing the intensity of production based on heterotrophic bacteria instead of any biofilter system . This experiment was conducted for 90 day and with 420 common carp at an initial average body weight of 40 ±5.9 gr. The fish were divided into four groups in three replicates, Groups 1 to 3 were cultured with a Biofloc system with a carbon-to-N ratio (C:N) of 15, 20 and 25, respectively. The fourth group was reared in normal culture situation as a control. Biochemical compounds of Fish Carcass and biofloc were compared between among the groups. The biochemical analysis of floc produced in the system showed a high protein ratio. The results of biochemical analysis of carcass showed that carcass protein increased significantly in biofloc groups compared to control. Therefore, it can be concluded that biofolc technology can be used in intentsive culture of common carp and in addition to improving Biochemical compounds of Fish .
