In this work pressure gradient with respect to different flow regimes along the vertical two-phase flow was investigated. Experiment was carried out in a vertical transparent tube of 0.0254 meter diameter. For produce of various flow regimes, the superficial velocity of gas and liquid were varied between 0.001 to 3.30 and 0.002 to 0.60 respectively. the results show ,that the pressure gradient decrease from bubble flow to annular flow. Also it is shown in bubble and annular regimes the reduction rate of pressure gradient along the pipe lower than slug – churn regimes. Finally, the experimentally obtained data were compared with the theoretical model presented in literature
