ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﯿﻦ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت ﻓﯿﺰﯾﮑﻮﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﺧﺎك و آب در اﺳﺘﺨﺮﻫﺎي ﭘﺮورش ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﮔﺮم آﺑﯽ، ﺗﻌﺪاد 6 مزرعه در ﻧﻘﺎط ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﮔﻨﺒﺪ (ﺷﺮق اﺳﺘﺎن) اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﺧﺎك و ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي آب آنﻫﺎ ﻣﻮرد آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت ﻓﯿﺰﯾﮑﻮﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﺧﺎك ﻗﺒﻞ از آﺑﮕﯿﺮي ﺑﺎ روشﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﺪاول ﺑﺮداﺷﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي آب ﻧﯿﺰ ﻫﺮ 2 ﻣﺎه ﯾﮑﺒﺎر ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺎً 3 ﺑﺎر ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت
ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. راﺑﻄﻪ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻓﺴﻔﺮ ﺧﺎك، ﮐﺮﺑﻨﺎت ﮐﻠﺴﯿﻢ ﺧﺎك، ﻫﺪاﯾﺖاﻟﮑﺘﺮﯾﮑﯽ ﺧﺎك (EC) ،ﮐﺮﺑﻦ آﻟﯽ ﺧﺎك ، pH ﺧﺎك (اﺳﯿﺪﯾﺘﻪ)، ازت ﮐﻞ ﺧﺎك، ﻣﺠﻤﻮع ﻣﻮاد آﻟﯽ ﺧﺎك، درﺻﺪ رس ﺧﺎك، ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﻫﺎي ﺧﺎك و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺴﯿﺎري از ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي
آب در ﻣﺎهﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ واﮐﻨﺶﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺧﺎك وآب ﺑﺮ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ آب ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﯽﮔﺬارد. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ در ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺰارع ﭘﺮورش ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺧﺎك ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﯿﺮد.
چكيده لاتين :
To investigate the relationship of physico-Chemical parameters of soil and water in warm water fishes culture ponds, water and soil samples obtained with commonly methods before the pond filling with water from 6 different fish ponds around Gonbade Kavous city, East of Golestan province for physically and chemically analysis. Totally three times sampling of water was done bimonthly. Although phytoplankton and zooplankton Samples were collected in different ponds at different months for identify analysis. The results showed correlation relative between PO4, CaCo3, EC, Organic Carbon, pH, Total Nitrogen and Total Organic Matter of soil with different parameters of soil and most of water parameters at different months. The present study results indicated Soil-water interactions can be have strongly impact on water quality. So, soil quality should be considered in fish ponds management.
