ﺑﯿﻤﺎري ﺳﭙﺘﯽﺳﻤﯽﻫﻤﻮراژي ﯾﮑﯽ از ﺟﺪيﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺑﯿﻤﺎريﻫﺎي وﯾﺮوﺳﯽ در ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﻗﺰلآﻻ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در ﭼﻨﺪ ﺳﺎل اﺧﯿﺮ در اﯾﺮان ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺗﻠﻔﺎت و زﯾﺎنﻫﺎي اﻗﺘ ﺼﺎدي ﻓﺮاوان در ﻣﺰارع ﭘﺮور ﺷﯽ ﻗﺰلآﻻ ﺷﺪه ا ﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺷﻨﺎ ﺳﺎﯾﯽ و اﻃﻤﯿﻨﺎن از ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺮوز اﯾﻦ ﺗﻠﻔﺎت، از ﻣﺰارع ﭘﺮورﺷﯽ ا ﺳﺘﺎن ﭼﻬﺎرﻣﺤﺎل وﺑﺨﺘﯿﺎري ﮐﻪ ﮐﺎﻧﻮن اﺻﻠﯽ ﻫﻤﻪﮔﯿﺮي و داراي ﺗﻠﻔﺎت ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﻮد، ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﺑﺮداري ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن داراي ﻋﻼﯾﻢ ﮐﻠﯿﻨﯿﮑﯽ و در ﺣﺎل ﻣﺮگ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﺟﺪاﺳﺎزي اﻧﺪامﻫﺎي، ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﻗﺪاﻣﯽ، ﻃﺤﺎل، ﻗﻠﺐ، ﮐﺒﺪ و ﻣﻐﺰ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎ ﺟﻬﺖ اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻫﯿﺴﺘﻮﭘﺎﺗﻮﻟﻮژي، در ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻟﯿﻦ 10 درﺻﺪ ذﺧﯿﺮه ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻣﻮﯾﺪ ﺣﻀﻮر وﯾﺮوس VHS در ﻣﺰارع ﭘﺮورﺷــﯽ ﻗﺰل آﻻ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺮرﺳــﯽ ﻫﯿﺴــﺘﻮﭘﺎﺗﻮﻟﻮژي ﻧﺸــﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ روش ﮐﻠﯿﻨﯿﮑﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺳــﺐ ﺟﻬﺖ ردﯾﺎﺑﯽ وﯾﺮوس در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﻘﺎﻃﻊ ﺑﺎﻓﺘﯽ ﺧﻮﻧﺮﯾﺮﯾﺰي، ﻧﮑﺮوزﯾﺲ و دﯾﮕﺮ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﺑﺎﻓﺘﯽ را ﮐﻪ ﻣﺸﺨﺼﻪ وﺟﻮد وﯾﺮوس VHS ﺑﻮد را ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﮐﺮد.
چكيده لاتين :
Viral haemorrhagic septicaemia (VHS) is one of the most important viral diseases in rainbow trout that has caused great losses to Iranian rainbow trout aquaculture industry in recent years. In order to identify the possible cause of the losses, farmed fish were sampled from epicenter where massive mortalities and economic losses had been occurred. Samples were collected from relevant tissues (i.e. liver, kidney, spleen, heart, and brain) of rainbow trout with clinical signs of VHS disease. The samples were stored in 10% formalin to perform histopathology examinations. The results of this study confirmed the presence of VHS virus in trout's farms. Histopathological examination indicated this is a clinically convenient method for detecting the virus in this region. Hemorrhage, necrosis and other changes in histological sections of the diseased fish demonstrated pathological changes identical with the typical VHS pathology in target organ of virus (i.e.: heart, spleen, liver and kidney).
