Abstract: Voltage control of power system is still a major concern of operators in power systems. Therefore many researches have been conducted in order to measure, predict and take remedial actions to preserve voltage stability in power systems. In recent years WAMPAC has been introduced to improve visibility and control of power network and improve voltage stability margins. Furthermore, in some studies, Multi Agent System has been merged newly to improve the stability margins. This paper proposes a negotiation procedure between some agents introduced in a power system in order to prove their authorities about some reactive agents placed in the network and then activate them to control bus voltage magnitudes.
