This study have been carried out with the purpose of identifying, Prioritization and management to safety, health and environmental risks lime kiln plant agro-industry farabi company using Delphi and Topsis compilation techniques in order to control and reduce risks works. Agro-industry Farabi company is located in the lands of East Karun River and in 35 km South East road Abadan Ahvaz. In this study, using field visits, review documents in the agro Industry development Co. Cane and eccessories experts questionnaire identified safety,health and environmental risks the most obvious. Afterwards assess and priorities of safety, health and environmental greatest risks researching Was used three indicators. These indicators are probability and intensity the effect and cost control. In the process was utilization of risk assessment topsis techniques. In this Research the risk of co2 gas emission with a score of 0.0741 as the most significant risks identified in a priority, Baked lime waste with a score of 0.0706 in the second priority, Noise pollution high risk with a score of 0.0678 in the third priority and Other identified risks were in priority order to the fourth than eleventh. Finally, In order to reduce damage risks were presented identified corrective strategies, control and management.
