A mathematical method has been proposed and used to generate a lot of virtual numbers from limited number of real data in industrial plants. These virtual data are usable for reaching more accurate model in industrial plants. In common and exprimental methoths, it is required to keep the system variables constant exept one of them, and then investigate the effect of changing variable on the system. exprimental process is done for all of the variables respectively and finally find the best model for system. (this is difficult, inefficient, and expensive work and is usually done in laboratory and for pilot plants). But by way of this mathematical method we are able to reach approximately the same data without doing any controlled change on the system variables. Results and data from Kermanshah refinery show that the model derived from this method led to very accurate responses.
