Nowadays, adhesive joints have found many applications due to its increased application, especially in the aerospace industry. Given the importance of adhesive joints, this study was aimed at enhancing the strength of such joints. As a result, we presented a method by which reduced the maximum stress that occurred at the end edges of adhesive joints and led to resulted in the final failure in the joints of this type, which led to the increase in the strength of adhesive joints.In this research, the adhesive was placed continuously in the overlapping area of the joint. In the proposed method, the adhesive utilized in the overlapping area as discrete in separate columns. Also, as a result of the separation of the adhesive volume during the bonding, the over lapping area for review of the proposed method in same joint length. In this state the volume of the adhesive consumption was reduced by constant joint length. prepared a few samples of adhesive joints in the current case and constant joint length. These joint made with aluminum alloy 2024 and epoxy adhesive, and then tested the samples made under tensile test conditions. Finally, by comparing the results of the finite element analysis and tensile test, the proposed method concluded, result show that, The strength of adhesive joint increase.
