Today Shape memory polymers (SMPs) are candidate in many field of engineering such as biomechanics. In this paper Polyurethane/Polycaprolactone (PU/PCL) SMP strip by thermal activation studied. In blending process the weight ratios of PU to PCL is 70/30. This weight ratios caused SMP activation temperature be near body temperature and then possible this material for biomechanical applications. In this work, effect of temperature on recovery ratio was studied. Results show for needed shape memory effect (SME) all parameters is important and before used of SMP this parameter must be set.
