چكيده فارسي :
در ميان نظام هاي سياسي سده هاي اخير ، انقلاب اسلامي ايران به عنوان پديده اي نوظهور كه از لحاظ شكل گيري ، ساختار و اهداف تفاوت هاي متمايزي با ساير نظام هاي حاكم دارد ، همچنين ماهيت نظام حقوقي آن برگرفته از مباني متعالي دين مبين اسلام مثل برابري ، عدالت ، آزادي ، مبارزه با تبعيض و رفاه اجتماعي انسان كه در راستاي تعالي و رستگاري انسانهاست . حقوق شهروندي به عنوان اصطلاحي كه اخيرا وارد ادبيات حقوقي – سياسي كشور ما شده است خود به عنوان بخشي از اهداف والاي انقلاب اسلامي است ، كه در آن بحث شفافيت اقتصادي و اقتصاد رقابتي با عنايت به جايگاه و كاكرد آن مور تاكيد قرار گرفته است ، موضوعي كه عدم اجراي صحيح آن ريشه بسياري از مشكلات و نارسايي ها و نگراني هاي جامعه كنوني ميباشد . در اين مقاله سعي شده است برخي از مباني نظري در اين زمينه تشريح شود. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف تطبيقي و از لحاظ ماهيت و روش، تحليلي است كه به صورت مطالعات اسنادي و كتابخانه اي يادداشت و تحليل شده است. بررسي منشور حقوق شهروندي ، نشان دهندۀ آن است كه فلسفه انقلاب اسلامي و حقوق شهروندي ، احقاق حقوق شهروندان ، رعايت عدالت ، انتظام بخشي به جامعه، برقراري تعادل بين مردم و حكومت و تعالي جامعه اسلامي به ويژه در مسائل اقتصادي مي باشد.

Among the political systems of recent centuries, the Islamic Revolution of Iran has emerged as an emerging phenomenon, in terms of the formation, structure and objectives of distinctive differences with other systems, as well as the nature of its legal system derived from the transcendental foundations of Islam as equal , Justice, freedom, the fight against discrimination and social welfare of man, which is in the direction of human excellence and salvation. Citizenship rights, as a term that has recently entered the legal and political literature of our country, is itself part of the supreme goals of the Islamic Revolution, in which the emphasis on the issue of economic transparency and competitive economics, with its emphasis on its position and crescent, is a subject The failure to properly implement it is the root of many of the problems and concerns of the current community. In this paper, we have tried to explain some theoretical bases in this field. This research is in terms of the purpose of adaptive and in terms of nature and method, an analysis that has been documented and analyzed by documentary and library studies. The examination of the Charter of Citizenship Rights, which demonstrates that the philosophy of the Islamic Revolution and the rights of citizens, the recognition of the rights of citizens, respect for justice, the restoration of the society, the balance between people and government, and the excellence of the Islamic society, especially in economic matters
