This paper is dedicated to the probe of creative syllabus designing and EFL practice on Iranian adolescences motivation. Because of the fast growth of technology on one hand and dramatically inevitable effect of technology on learners on the other hand, nowadays the tedious traditional provided syllabi cannot inspire the young learners anymore and it has affected their learning pace. In regard to this problem it s necessary to improve and modify the current syllabuses and provide appropriate syllabi to shed light on the learners motivation. This paper as a case research is conducted in a private institute in Iran that tries to investigate the techniques that lead to creative syllabuses to enhance EFL adolescence motivation.
