Knowledge Assessment of Employees on Kyoto and Montreal Conventions and its Relation with Level of Education in Boushehr Chamber of Commerce, one of the Stockholders in Petroleum Products Trading

Nowadays Our universe is experiencing some crucial environmental calamities like global warming and ozone depletion. organizations associating with Trading and commercial affairs are of those departments which their role on environmental protection has neglected. This research is a descriptive interpretive study .which has been done among the employees of boushehr chamber of commerce, industries, mines and agriculture in 2018 this chamber is indirectly stakeholder of trading petroleum products that have an effective role on global warming and ozone depletion. At this study important environmental categories related to exporting and importing including Kyoto and Montréal conventions have chosen for evaluating. data gathering tool was a questionnaire with 8 questions. Which distributed among employees by attending in respective organization .the Cronbach s alpha for this questionare was achieved 85% which demonstrates its reliability and validity. afterward the data’s coded and analyzed by SPSS version 24. The statistical method has been utilized at this study, are the Pierson and spearman tests . the Results have shown that participant knowledge about the concept of Kyoto and Montreal convention is not in a good condition and also the relation between knowledge of Kyoto and Montreal conventions and level of education and the knowledge regard to these two conventions with each other is significant in 0/05. finely we have suggested that environmental education program related to these two conventions which have also emphasized in Export and Import Regulations book is necessary for this department
