نقش تفكر در رشد و تعالي جامعه بسيار حائز اهميت است. چه‌بسا مي‌توان گفت كه جامعه، تنها با سواد، انباشت اطلاعات و يا حتي IQ بالاي افراد، پيشرفت نمي‌كند، بلكه نيازمند افراد متفكر و صاحب‌انديشه‌اي است كه بتوانند در هر موقعيتي، با كمك قوه¬ي تعقل و تفكر، بهترين انتخاب را داشته و مناسب‌ترين رفتار را از خود نشان دهند. تفكر مهارتي است كه علي‌رغم توانمندي‌هايي چون IQ قابل پرورش و ارتقاء است. بهترين دوران يادگيري طبق نظريات مختلف، دوران كودكي و ابتداي نوجواني است. بخش قابل‌توجهي از دوران كودكي افراد، در خانواده سپري مي‌شود و بديهي است كه ارتباط كودك با مادر بسيار مهم و پررنگ است. علي‌الخصوص در كشور ايران كه فرهنگ ايراني-اسلامي حاكم است، به دليل اهميت جايگاه مادر اين موضوع بيشتر ديده مي‌شود. تحقيق حاضر با روش تحليلي-اسنادي و باهدف بررسي نقش مادر در انديشه‌ورزي كودك در ايران انجام گرفته است. لذا پس از بررسي نقش مادر در انديشه‌ورزي كودك اشاره‌اي به اهميت دوران كودكي و نحوه شكل‌گيري و رشد تفكر در اين دوران شده و جايگاه انديشه‌ورزي تبيين گشته است. يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهد كه نقش مادر در ايجاد انديشه‌ورزي، قدرت تصميم‌گيري و رفتار مناسب با موقعيت، در كودك به‌خصوص در همان سال‌هاي ابتدايي زندگي بسيار پررنگ و حائز اهميت است؛ بنابراين پيشنهاد مي‌شود تدابير آموزشي-تربيتي منسجمي براي مادران انديشيده شود كه مي‌تواند در قالب‌هاي متنوع (تئوري-عملي) و در دوره‌هاي مختلف زماني، توسط سازمان‌هايي چون آموزش‌وپرورش و البته ارگاني مستقل و ويژه¬ براي امور مادران باشد.

The role of thinking and intellection in society s development and elevation is very important. The society can not come along only with the accumulation of information or even high level of people s IQ, so it needs intellectual people who can choose what is the best behavior in each situation with the power of thinking. Thinking is a skill that can be developed despite a potency like IQ. The best time for learning according to different theories, is childhood and the first years of youth. A considerable part of childhood is spent in the family and it is obvious that the relationship between mother and child is very significant. Specialy in Iran society with an Iranian-Islamic culture which women have a worthy role in it, this subject becomes more important. This research is offered with the analysis-predicative method and with the goal of evaluating the role of mothers in children s intellection in Iran. Therefore, after evaluating the role of mothers in children s intellection, the importance of childhood, and the formation of thinking skill, and the importance of intellection is discussed. The findings show that the role of mothers in creating intellection and the ability of making decisions in children and having a proper behavior in each situation is very important, Specialy in the first years of the children s life. Therefore it is recommended to provide facilities for mothers to take part educational courses in theoretical and practical forms and in different times by the organs like education ministry or a dependent specific organ
