بررسي رابطه بين ابعاد كيفيت زندگي كاري و عملكرد كاركنان (مورد مطالعه: اداره امور مالياتي استان اردبيل)

هدف از تحقيق حاضر بررسي ارتباط بين ابعاد كيفيت زندگي كاري و عملكرد كاركنان اداره امور ماليات استان اردبيل مي باشد. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف كاربردي است و از نظر گردآوري داده ها از نوع تحقيق پيمايشي مي باشد و همچنين از نظر تحليل داده ها از نوع همبستگي محسوب مي شود. حجم نمونه آماري براي اين پژوهش، بر اساس فرمول نمونه گيري كوكران 169 نفر از كاركنان تعيين گرديد.براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از برسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شده است. به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده ها نرم افزار spss مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها و آزمون فرضيات تحقيق از روش هاي آمار استنباطي از آزمون ضريب همبستگي پيرسون استفاده شد. همچنين تعداد 8 فرضيه بر اساس ابعاد كيفيت زندگي كاري مطرح گرديد نتايج حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل داده ها نشان داد كه: به غير از رابطه بين رعايت حقوق انساني در محيط كار و عملكرد كاركنان در ساير ابعاد ارتباط معناداري ميان كيفيت زندگي كاري و عملكرد كاركنان اداره امور مالياتي استان اردبيل وجود دارد.

The aim of current study is investigating the relationship between dimensions of career lifes quality and performance of Ardebil province tax administration staff. This is a practical research and data collection is in a survey method, and also data analysis is correlational. The sample size for the current research on the base of Cochran sampling formula of 169 employees was determined. In order to data collection Standard Questionnaire was used. In order to data analysis SPSS software was conducted. For data analysis and testing of research hypothesis, inferential statistics of Pearson correlation coefficient was used. Moreover, eight hypotheses on the base of dimensions of career lifes quality were raised. Finding of data analysis indicated that: Apart from the relationship between respect for human rights in the workplace and employee performance in other dimensions, there is a significant relationship between career lifes quality and performance among staffs of Ardebil province tax administration.
