Lyapunov stability for Interaction of light with matter in open quantum systems which is described by quantum stochastic differential equation (QSDE) is developed here. Stability criterion is constructed for such open quantum systems with bounded quantum operators. We derive two Lyapunov stability criteria containing local, asymptotic stability for unitary evolution of bounded observables.
