همبستگي سطح برگ در مراحل مختلف رشد گوجه‌فرنگي (L. Solanum Lycopersicum)

The correlation of leaf area in different stages of tomato (Solanum Lycopersicum L.) growth

سطح برگ يك متغير كليدي براي مطالعات فيزيولوژيكي است، بنابراين مدل‌هاي دقيق و ساده‌اي كه بتواند سطح برگ گياهان را تعيين كنند در موارد زيادي اهميت دارند. سطح برگ در گياه گوجه‌فرنگي نيز به‌عنوان عامل اصلي فتوسنتز و يكي از مهم‌ترين اجزاي اين گياه است كه اندازه‌گيري آن اهميت زيادي دارد. بدين منظور آزمايشي در بهار و تابستان سال 1393 در شمال شهرستان علي‌آبادكتول در زمين‌هاي روستاي كوچك استاجيق روي اين گياه انجام شد. براي تخمين سطح برگ اين گياه، وزن تر و ابعاد برگ (طول و عرض) و مساحت برگ با دستگاه سطح برگ سنج اندازه‌گيري شدند. نتايج به‌دست آمده نشان داد بيش‌ترين همبستگي حاصل از روابط خطي متغيرها در مراحل رشد سريع، گل‌دهي و ميوه‌دهي L+(L×W) به‌ترتيب، 79/0R2-، 75/0R2- و 78/0R2- بود.

Leaf area is a key variable for physiological studies, so accurate and simple models that can determine leaf area of plants are important in many cases. The leaf area in tomato plants is also a major factor in photosynthesis and one of the most important components of this plant, which is important in measuring it. For this purpose, an experiment was conducted in the springand summer of 2014 in the north of the city of Ali Abadkatol from the land of the small village of stajgh on this plant. To determine the leaf area of this plant, fresh weight and leaf dimensions(length and width) and leaf area were measured with leaf area device. The results showed that the highest correlation was obtained from the linear correlation of variables at rapid growth stages, flowering andyields had L + (L × W), R2-0.79, R2-0.79 and R2-0.79 respectively.
