تأثير مقادير مختلف كود نيتروژن بر ميزان كلروفيل چهار رقم كلزا بهاره

Effect of different amounts of nitrogen fertilizer on chlorophyll in four spring canola cultivars (Brassica napus L.)

اين آزمايش به‌منظور بررسي ميزان بهينه‌ي مصرف كود نيتروژن و تعيين رقم مناسب كلزا در منطقه گنبدكاووس، در مزرعه تحقيقاتي دانشكده كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي دانشگاه گنبدكاووس انجام گرديد. آزمايش به‌صورت كرت‌هاي خرد شده بر پايه بلوك‌هاي كامل تصادفي و با چهار تكرار در سال زراعي 93-1392 اجرا شد. تيمارهاي آزمايش شامل سطح كود نيتروژن (0N1=، 50N2= و 100 درصد توصيه كوديN3=) در كرت‌هاي اصلي و چهار رقم كلزا (هايولا 308، هايولا 401، زرفام و RGS003) در كرت‌هاي فرعي بود. جهت بررسي تأثير ميزان كود مصرفي بر مقدار كلروفيل گياه، نمونه برداري از برگ‌هاي ارقام مورد آزمايش در تيمارهاي مختلف انجام گرديد. بدين منظور ميزان كلروفيل‌هاي a، b و كلروفيل كُل با استفاده از دستگاه اسپكتروفتومتر اندازه‌گيري شد. نتايج حاصل از اين تحقيق نشان داد كه ميزان كود نيتروژن مصرفي بر صفات اندازه‌گيري شده در اين آزمايش (كلروفيل‌هاي a، b و كلروفيل كُل) اثر معني‌داري داشت. بيش‌ترين مقدار كلروفيل اندازه‌گيري شده در تيمار 100درصد توصيه كودي (150 كيلوگرم كود اوره در هكتار) و براي رقم RGS003 به‌دست آمد.

This experiment in order to investigate the optimum application of nitrogen fertilizer and determine the appropriate canola variety in the Gonbad-Kavus area was conducted at the research farm of Agriculture and Natural Resources College of Gonbad-e-Kavas University. This field experiment was carried out as split-plot arranged in Randomized complete Block Design with four replications in 2014-2015. Treatments included three levels of nitrogen fertilizer (N1=0, N2=50 and N3=100% of recommended fertilizer) as main factor and four spring canola cultivars (Hayola 308, Hayola 401, Zarfam and RGS003) as sub factor. In order to study the effect of nitrogen fertilizer on chlorophyll content of plant, sampling of leaves of cultivars was performed in different treatments. For this purpose, content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll were measured by spectrophotometer. The results of this study showed that the amounts of used nitrogen fertilizer had a significant effect on the measured traits (chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll and grain yield) in this experiment. The highest content of measured chlorophyll ang grain yield was obtained in treatment of 100% nitrogen fertilizer application for RGS003 cultivar.
