عدم وجود قطعيت در محيط هاي صنعتي، باعث افزايش پيچيدگي اجرا و مديريت پروژه ها در سازمان ها شده است، موضوعي كه ضرورت استفاده از مديريت ريسك در پروژه ها را نشان مي دهد. با توجه به تقاضاي روز افزون انرژي برق و اهميتي كه صنعت برق در زندگي انسان ها دارد شناسايي و اولويت بندي ريسك ها و خطراتي كه ممكن است اين صنعت را تهديد كند بسيار مهم است. هدف از اين مقاله شناسايي و رتبه بندي ريسك ها در پروژه نيروگاه بادي است. براي اين منظور، ابتدا با بررسي پروژه هاي هاي مشابه ريسك هاي آنها مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت و سپس ويژگي ها و شرايط سازمان مورد نظر از طريق مصاحبه و پرسشنامه و استفاده از روش FMEA ريسك ها شناسايي و تجزيه و تحليل شدند.

Then, the characteristics and conditions of the organization were identified and analyzed through interviews and questionnaires and using the FMEA methodology
