جهان پيوسته در حال تغيير است و اقليم و تغييرات آن تأثيرات چشم‌گيري بر حيات مناطق مختلف جهان مي‌گذارد. اين تأثيرات مي‌تواند به‌طور مستقيم و غير مستقيم زندگي انسان‌ها را تحت الشعاع قرار دهد. هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، بررسي اثرات تغيير اقليم بر منابع آب و محيط زيست و ارائه راهكارهاي مديريتي مناسب براي سازگاري بهتر با اين اثرات مي‌باشد. اين پژوهش يك مطالعه توصيفي تحليلي بر پايه مطالعات كتابخانه اي و مرور جامع و جستجو در پايگاه هاي اطلاعات الكترونيكي معتبر داخلي و خارجي همچون بانك اطلاعات مقالات علوم پايه، بانك اطلاعات نشريات بين المللي و داخلي به منظور بررسي اثرات تغييرات اقليمي بر منابع آبي بر پايه مدل هاي پيش بيني مي باشد. نتايج خروجي مدل (GCM) در حوزه آبريز درياي خزر نشان داده است كه تا پايان سال 2020 متوسط دما حدوداً 2درجه افزايش و بارش نيز در سطح حوزه 12- 7 ميليمتر كاهش مي يابد و همچنين در فصل زمستان تغييرات دمايي در نواحي جنوبي خليج فارس تغييرات چشمگيري داشته است به طوري كه پيش بيني مي شود در دوره آينده دما تقريبا 3 درجه نسبت به زمان كنوني افزايش يابد و در فصل پاييز نيز پهنه دمايي بالاتر از 28 درجه سانتي گراد افزايش يافته و قسمت اعظم خليج فارس را در برمي گيرد. كه اين تغييرات وسيع بر محيط زيست، اقتصاد و منابع موجود در اين مناطق و كل جهان كه متأثر از اين منابع مي باشند تاثير خواهد گذاشت از اين رو لازم است از هم اكنون براي مواجه شدن با اين شرايط آينده آماده گرديد.

The purpose of this research is to study the effects of climate change on water resources and the environment and provide appropriate management solutions for better adaptation to these effects. This is a descriptive-analytic study based on library studies and comprehensive review and search of valid internal and external electronic databases such as database of basic science articles, international and domestic publications database to investigate the effects of climate change on resources. The results of the model of the model (GCM) in the Caspian Sea basin indicate that by mid-2020 the average temperature will increase by about 2 degrees and precipitation will decrease at the level of 12-7 millimeters, as well as in winter, temperature changes in the regions The southern Persian Gulf has undergone dramatic changes, which is expected to increase temperatures by about 3 degrees from the current time in the course of the upcoming period, and in the autumn, the temperature range of more than 28 degrees Celsius will increase and cover most of the Persian Gulf Take up As these changes affect the environment, the economy and resources in these areas and the whole world affected by these resources, it is necessary now to be prepared to meet these future conditions.
