توسعه و بالندگي هر جامعه اي، نتيجه برنامه ريزي و تدوين استراتژيهاي توسعه پايدار است .توسعه به معناي تحول در كيفيت زندگي و گذر از دوره اي به دوره ي ديگر با حفظ محيط زيست براي آيندگان مستلزم ايجاد تغير در الگوهاي توليد و مصرف و استفاده از فناوري و دانش روز جهان در همه ابعاد اقتصادي، سياسي، فرهنگي، اجتماعي و ... است . توسعه يك فرآيند وابسته به تمامي ابعاد اقتصادي ، سياسي ، فرهنگي و اجتماعي است و رخدادي است جهت فراهم ساختن زمينه هاي لازم براي دستيابي به ظرفيت ها و قابليت هاي عناصر مختلف در اجتماع و رسيدن به پيشرفت و افزايش توانائيهاي كمي و كيفي و الگو برداري و تعامل مناسب با كشورهاي منطقه و جهان توسعه ميتواند در يك فرآيند زماني رخ دهد و آثارش را بايستي در بلند مدت به صورت همه جانبه ارزيابي كرد. در اين مقاله سعي ميشود با بررسي آثار و آمار سالهاي 1353 الي 1390 دوران طلايي رشد اقتصادي را به صورت يك دوره ي خاص ،با بقيه ي كشورها مقايسه كرده و رابطه ي مناسبي را جهت توليد ناخالص داخلي و توليد ناخالص زيست محيطي پيدا كرده و فرآيند توسعه ي پايدار را براي سالهاي آتي جهت رشد و شكوفايي بهتر تدوين كرد.

Development can take place in a timely manner and should be evaluated in a long-term manner in a comprehensive way. This paper tries to compare economic growth with a certain period with the rest of the world by examining the effects and statistics of the golden age of 1353-1909, and finds a suitable relation for GDP and GDP, and the process Developed a sustainable development for future years to grow and flourish better.
