چكيده فارسي :
در پژوهش حاضر به بررسي ارتباط پويا بين دوگانگي وظيفه مديرعامل و عملكرد شركت: نقش تعديل گر استقلال هيئت مديره در شركت هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران پرداخته شد. براي اين منظور، در ابتدا به استفاده از روش گشتاورهاي تعميم يافته ارتباط بين دوگانگي وظيفه مديرعامل و عملكرد مالي شركت بررسي شد و سپس با استفاده از روش داده هاي پانلي تابلويي به بررسي اثر تعديل استقلال هيئت مديره بر اين ارتباط مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. علاوه بر اين، جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل كليه شركت هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران مي باشد كه تعداد 157 شركت در دوره زماني 5 ساله بين سال هاي 1392 الي 1396 به عنوان نمونه آماري در مجموع 785 سال شركت در نظر گرفته شدند. نتايج به دست آمده در اين پژوهش نشان داد ارتباط پويا بين دوگانگي وظيفه مديرعامل و عملكرد شركتي منفي است. علاوه بر اين، تعامل دوگانگي وظيفه مديرعامل و استقلال هيئت مديره به طور مثبت با عملكرد شركت در ارتباط است.
چكيده لاتين :
In the present study, we investigate the dynamic relationship between the CEO s duality and the company s performance: the moderating role of board independence in listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange. For this purpose, the first step was to use the method of generalized moments of communication between the CEO s dichotomy and financial performance of the company. Then, using panel panel data, the effect of moderating the independence of the board on this relationship was measured. In addition, the statistical population of the study consisted of all companies admitted to Tehran Stock Exchange, which included 157 companies in the period of 5 years between 2013and 2017as a statistical sample of 785 companies. The results of this study showed that the dynamic relationship between managerial dichotomy and corporate performance is negative. In addition, the interaction of the duality of the CEO s responsibilities and the independence of the board is positively related to the firm s performance.
