Recently exponential growth of harmonically contamination due to use of nonlinear load, is one the most important causes of power quality decrease. This problems have different effects on all electrical parts such as small changes in power to an interrupt of a manufacture; therefore power quality is under attention during recent decays. This study aims to increase power quality by hybrid filter in industrial loads. At first equivalent circuit of hybrid filter investigated and then by different goal functions, optimized design of filter implemented and effect of goal functions of power quality of industrial load calculated and finally a goal function from four goal function that had best effect on enhancing power quality and decreasing loses, selected.
