Background: application and expansion of the extra day of equipment and home appliances generator of electromagnetic field(mobile, computer, tv and...). Causing many research the world has been able to examine the effects of its burden on human health. In this study, considered the effects of the radiation of the electromagnetic waves on the ovarian follicles and the fertility of the mouses. Methods: in this study, the review of the unsystematic information of the databases of clinical trials, and iranmedex direc science, magiran, irandoc, medlib, google scholar, sid, proquest, scopus, pupmed with keyword include electromagnetic field, fertility, genital glands, ovarian follicles. Finally, the clinical trials that had the criteria to study were examined. Results: the findings showed the electromagnetic field increased the meaningful of weight and the number of ovarian follicles in female mouses(05.0 p). But on the weight and size of the ovaries in female mouses did nt change. This study indicate the severe heterochromatic of oocyte and follicle cells. It was also the reduction of amount FSH, LH and reducing the percentage of success from other results. Conclusion: this study shows that electromagnetic fields are effective on the structure of genital glands, increase weight and number of ovarian follicles and also effective fertility reduction. It does not have a meaningful effect on the number of initial follicles, secondary follicles, corpus luteum and gragh.
