چكيده فارسي :
يكي از پيچيدهترين مسائل در شهرهاي جهان، نرخ بالاي جرم و افزايش ناهنجاري هاي اجتماعي در آنهاست. بروز انواع جرم و ناهنجاري باعث ايجاد حس ناامني و تحميل مشكلات مالي بر دوش جامعه، دولت و تشكيلات قضائي كشور ميشود. امروزه افزايش تصاعدي ميزان وقوع جرم به موازات افزايش جمعيت، در اكثر كشورهاي جهان قابل مشاهده است. داده‌كاوي به مفهوم استخراج اطلاعات نهان و يا الگوها وروابط مشخص در حجم زيادي از داده‌ها در يك يا چند بانك اطلاعاتي بزرگ است. پيشگيري از جرم همواره يكي از موضوعات اساسي و مهم در زندگي بشري بوده كه در طول تاريخ به شيوه هاي مختلف اعمال گرديده است. با توجه به گسترش فناوري هاي اطلاعات و ارتباط و راه اندازي سيستم هاي جامع اطلاعاتي در نيروي انتظامي و ثبت اطلاعات مجرمان در بانك هاي اطلاعاتي، كاربرد تكنيك هاي داده كاوي و كشف دانش به منظور تحليل و ريشه يابي جرايم از جمله سرقت، يكي از ضرورت هاي پليس ايران و دستگاه هاي قضايي مي باشد. مجموعه داده پرونده هاي كيفري از 150 نمونه افراد تشكيل شده است. از هر نمونه حدودا 22 ويژگي استخراج شده است و هدف شناسايي كلاس جرم است. در اين مقاله از يك روش وزن دهي و با استفاده از كشف قانون براي تشخيص جرم استفاده شده است. نتايج حاصل نشان مي دهه روش پيشنهادي مبتني بر وزن دهي ويژگي به نسبت بهتر از روشهاي پيشين بوده است.

One of the most complex issues in the world#s cities is the high rate of crime and the increase in social anomalies. The emergence of various types of crime and anomalies creates insecurity and imposes financial problems on the part of the community, government and the judiciary. Today, the increasing rate of crime occurring in parallel with population growth is visible in most countries of the world. Data mining is the concept of extraction of hidden information or patterns and relationships in a large volume of data in one or more large databases. Prevention of crime has always been one of the basic and important issues in human life that has been applied in different ways throughout history. Due to the development of information and communication technologies and the establishment of comprehensive information systems in the police force and the recording of criminals# data in databases, the application of data mining techniques and knowledge discovery to root out crime, including theft, is one of the necessities Iranian police and judiciary. The collection of criminal files consists of 150 individuals. Of each sample, about 22 characteristics, including name, age, addiction, educational level, gender, marital status, previous history, indigenous, individual or group crime, occupation, type of crime, .... and eventually crime class. In this case Thesis is a method of weighting and using the discovery of a new crime detection law.
