Todays, using of hybrid diesel-turbine systems in rural and isolated networks is increased. The employment of such power generation systems for areas which are far from the main network is fully functional and in addition to proper nutrition and optimum bars, reduces the cost of energy and fuel. Of course, in such cases, the power injected into the grid by the turbine can lead to changes in voltage and frequency oscillations and thereby affect system stability. Therefore, designing of appropriate supplementary controllers is necessary to improve stability of such networks. In this paper, dynamic modeling hybrid Wind-Diesel System will be considered. The dynamic model of the network is extracted and based on state-space model and by taking a set of inputs and outputs, the best input-output signal selection using singular values decomposition and the relative gain array is determined. Finally, the supplementary controller in order to improve the stability and performance of the system will be suggested
