Analyzing and Prioritizing the Barriers of Transferring Technology Using Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP)

هدف از اين پژوهش تحليل و اولويت بندي موانع انتقال تكنولوژي با استفاده از تحليل شبكه اي فازي در شركت مادر تخصصي توليد نيروي برق حرارتي مي باشد . بر اين اساس پس از مطالعه مباني نظري در خصوص انتقال تكنولوژي و مطالعه مطالب ، مدل‌ها و الگوي مختلف و مرتبط ديگربه بيان مباني نظري، گردآوري پيشنه‌‌ هاي مرتبط و تحرير آنهانسبت به تحقيق حاضر پرداخته شد . روش كار بدين صورت است كه براي انجام اين پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌ مقايسات زوجي ANP فازي استفاده شد.روش تحقيق مورداستفاده در اين تحقيق از نوع توصيفي- پيمايشي مي باشد.جامعه آماري مورد استفاده در اينتحقيق، شامل15نفر از خبرگان آشنا به مقوله انتقال تكنولوژي در شركت مادر تخصصي توليد نيروي برق حرارتي است . ابزار اصلي جمع آوري داده ها دراين تحقيق پرسشنامهANP فازي مي باشدكه با استفاده از نظر خبرگان تهيه و تدوين شد و از آنجايي كه پرسش ها از نوع مقايسات زوجي بود پايايي آنها از طريق محاسبه نرخ سازگاري تاييد گرديده و روايي پرسشنامه توسط اين خبرگان تاييد شد. باتوجه به معيارھا وزيرمعيارھاي شناسايي شده اوزان ھريك ازمعيارھا وزيرمعيارھا براساس متغيرھاي كلامي موردنظرخبرگان و با استفاده از مدل تحليل شبكه فازي مشخص شد. در نهايت نتايج بدست آمده تحقيق حاكي از اين است كه به ترتيب معيارهاي هزينه هاي انتقال - فرهنگ سازماني متفاوت-عدم توجه به منابع انساني-خدمات دهندگان انحصاري-عدم توجه به مقوله تحقيق و توسعه-چند بعدي بودن تكنولوژي-استفاده از تكنولوژي نامربوط رتبه هاي يك تا هفت اولويت هاي اصلي موانع انتقال تكنولوژي در شركت مورد مطالعه توليد نيروي برق حرارتي را كسب كردند.

The aim of this study is to analyze and prioritize the barriers of transferring technology using fuzzy analytic network process (FANP) in thermal power generation holding. On this basis, after theoretical field study about transferring technology and studying the information, the various and interrelated models and patterns, theoretical principles were stated and related literatures to the current study were investigated. The method is using Fuzzy ANP pair comparisons questionnaire. The methodology of this study is descriptive-survey type. The statistical population in this study includes 15 elites, familiar with transferring technology in thermal power generation holding. The main tool of collecting data in this study is fuzzy ANP questionnaire, developed using the elites’ ideas, and since the questions were pair comparison type, their reliability was confirmed through calculating the rate of compatibility and the validity of the questionnaire was also confirmed by these elites. Given the identified criteria and sub-criteria, the weights of criteria and sub-criteria were identified based on verbal variables of elites and using fuzzy network analysis. Finally, the obtained results of the study indicate that respectively the criteria of transferring costs, different organizational culture, neglecting human resources, exclusive service providers, neglecting research and development, multi-dimensional technology, using irrelevant technologies are the ones, gained the seven main priorities of transferring technology barriers in the study thermal power generation company.
