The Effect of Satellite Function Change on the Work Plateau of the Employees of the Gas Refinery,with the Intermediary Function of Employee Motivation

هدف اصلي اين تحقيق بررسي تاثير تغيير كاركرد اقماري در فلات زدگي شغلي كاركنان پالايشگاه گاز فراشبند با نقش ميانجي انگيزش كاركنان مي باشد. اين تحقيق به لحاظ هدف كاربردي و به لحاظ روش انجام تحقيق، توصيفي از نوع همبستگي مي باشد زيرا به دنبال كشف روابط هريك از متغيرهاي تحقيق با استفاده از آزمون رگرسيون خطي مي‌باشد و از اين جهت كه نتايج مورد انتظار آن را مي‌توان در پالايشگاه گاز فراشبند به كار برد از نوع كاربردي مي باشد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل همه كاركنان پالايشگاه گاز فراشبند مي باشد كه تعداد كل آن ها برابر 500 نفر مي باشد. با توجه به محدود بودن حجم جامعه آماري براي تعيين حجم نمونه از جدول مورگان استفاده شده است كه برابر جدول مورگان حجم نمونه برابر 217 نفر مي باشد و از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي نيز براي جمع آوري داده ها استفاده شده است. در اين تحقيق ابزار گردآوري داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مي باشد. داده ها پس از جمع آوري با استفاده از نرم افزار spss مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته است. نتايج بدست آمده از آزمون رگرسيون خطي بيانگر اين است كه تغيير كاركرد اقماري در فلات زدگي شغلي كاركنان پالايشگاه گاز فراشبند با نقش ميانجي انگيزش كاركنان تاثير دارد.

The main objective of this research is to investigate the effect of the change of satellite function on the flash of employees of the Fresh Gas Refinery staff with the role of mediating the motivation of the employees. This research is applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of the research method, it is descriptive of correlation type because it seeks to discover the relationships of each of the variables of the research using linear regression test and because its expected results can be found in the gas refinery it is an applied application. The statistical population of this research includes all employees of the gas refinery, the total number of which is 500 people. Due to the limited size of the statistical population, Morgan table has been used to determine the sample size, which is equal to 217 people in the Morgan table and a stratified random sampling method was used to collect the data. In this research, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results of the linear regression test indicate that the change in the satellite function in the workplaces of the employees of the gas refinery is influenced by the role of the mediator of employee motivation.
