چكيده فارسي :
در تصميم‌گيري چند معياره نيازمند داده‌هاي دقيق هستيم اما در جهان واقعي بدست آوردن داده‌هاي دقيق هميشه آسان نيست. دراين مقاله به دنبال انتخاب يك گزينه مناسب براي بازسازي معادن با توجه به عوامل طبيعي با استفاده از متغيرهاي زباني به روش TOPSIS فازي هستيم. بازسازي معدن در واقع توجه به احياي سطوح و اراضي مورد تخريب قرار گرفته بر اثر بهره برداري معادن است. روش‌هاي مختلفي براي بازسازي معادن به كار گرفته مي‌شوند كه عواملي همچون توپوگرافي، شيب، ارتفاع، فاضلاب، نزولات، پوشان سنگ، خواص كشاورزي و خواص مهندسي بر هر كدام از روش‌هاي بازسازي، تأثير متفاوتي دارند. انتخاب روش مناسب از بين روش‌هاي مختلف يك مسأله تصميم‌گيري چند معياره مي‌باشد كه بايد با توجه به معيارهاي ذكر شده بهترين مورد را انتخاب نمود. در اين تحقيق موارد استفاده زمين‌هاي استخراج شده، شامل جنگل‌كاري و حيات وحش، جاذبه‌هاي توريستي، كشاورزي، واحدهاي مسكوني، مؤسسات آموزشي، تجاري و صنعتي مي‌باشند كه با توجه به معيارهاي فوق الذكر، با استفاده از روش تصميم‌گيري چند معياره TOPSIS فازي مورد بررسي قرار گرفته‌اند. معيارهايي كه در تمام روش‌ها داراي تأثير يكساني هستند را در نظر نمي‌گيريم. نهايتاً پس از بررسي‌هاي انجام شده، كشاورزي به عنوان مناسب‌ترين گزينه براي بازسازي معادن با توجه به عوامل طبيعي پيشنهاد گرديد. چنين مطالعاتي در جهت مديريت زيست محيطي معادن و همچنين توسعه پايدار در نواحي معدني مي‌تواند مفيد واقع گردد

In this paper, we seek to select an appropriate option for the reconstruction of mines according to natural factors using fuzzy TOPSIS language variables. The reconstruction of the mine is in fact due to the rehabilitation of the land and land destroyed by the exploitation of mines. Various methods are used to reconstruct mines, which have different effects on each of the reconstruction methods, such as elevation, slope, elevation, sewage, precipitation, rock placement, agricultural properties and engineering properties. Choosing the right method among different methods is a multi-criteria decision-making problem that should be selected according to the criteria mentioned. In this research, extracted land uses include wildlife, wildlife, tourist attraction, agriculture, residential units, educational, commercial, and industrial institutions, which according to the above criteria were studied using fuzzy TOPSIS multi-criteria decision-making method.After the studies, agriculture was proposed as the most suitable option for the reconstruction of mines according to natural factors. Such studies can be useful for environmental management of mines, as well as sustainable development in mineral areas.
