بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر به كارگيري فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در مديران ورزشي

Investigating the Factors Affecting the Application of Information and Communication Technology in Sport Managers

هدف تحقيق حاضر بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر به كارگيري فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات (اينترنت و رايانه) در مديران ورزشي غرب كشور با استفاده از مدل پذيرش فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات بود. جامعه آماري تحقيق، مديران ورزشي غرب ايران بودند كه براي انجام اين تحقيق تعداد 210 نفر از آنها به صورت تصادفي انتخاب شدند. براي جمع آوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه ميان سودمندي درك شده، آساني درك شده، نگرش، تصميم و استفاده واقعي از فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات (رايانه و اينترنت) رابطه مثبت و معني داري وجود دارد. همچنين، بين درآمد افراد و استفاده واقعي از رايانه همبستگي مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد. نتايج حاصل از آزمون تحليل مسير نشان داد كه توانمندي استفاده و آزمون پذيري رايانه از نظر پاسخگو، اثر مستقيم و معناداري بر استفاده از رايانه دارند، و همچنين دو متغير توانمندي و زير ساخت‌ها، اثر مستقيم و معناداري بر استفاده از اينترنت دارند. متغير اضطراب اثر منفي و معني‌داري بر هر دو متغير استفاده از رايانه و استفاده از اينترنت داشت.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the use of information and communication technology (Internet and computer) in Western country sports managers using the ICT adoption model. The statistical population of the study was western sports managers who were randomly selected for this research. 210 individuals were selected randomly. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between perceived usefulness, perceived ease, attitude, decision and actual use of information and communication technology (computer and Internet). Also, there is a positive and significant correlation between the income of individuals and the actual use of computers. The results of the path analysis showed that the ability to use and test the computer responsive, have a direct and significant effect on the use of computers, as well as two power variables and infrastructures, have a direct and significant effect on the use of the Internet. The anxiety variable had a negative and significant effect on both the use of computers and the use of the Internet.
