METHODS OF FRETILIZATION AND RULES EFFECT OF EMBRYO DONATIN IN IRAN

The artificial fertilization issue is interested of the new medical science, and its consequences provide a new and reviving life to the enormous number of human who need treatment. The artifical Fertilization has been one of the oldest human’s dreams in the history, and today medical world has reached the goal. No doubt that many scientists affect this amazing medical world development, and amongst, the critical role of Muslim scientist is inevitable. Artifical fertilization relates with various sciences in different aspects. Especially with concern to the Jurisprudence a lot questions will face with this new scienfitic consequence. Artifical fertilization is a unnatural activity which is both pleasant and self-fulfilling. It offers a vast range of possibilities and is easy to do – the paper is based on paper and reports published on bioethics. The aim is to present the different points of view in a clear, unbiased manner. First , the definition and methods artifical fertilization , and then , rules and legal effect of embryo donation are presented. The result of this study indicate that Islamic philosophers have endeavored to develop solid and genuine foundations for artifical fertilization such that they will not be shaken by changes in historical and social conditions.
