مدلي كابردي در فرايند آينده نگاريِ سازمانهاي كوچك و متوسط و برنامه ريزي براي روبرو شدن آينده هاي بديل

Applied model in the foresight process of SMEs and planning to face upcoming alternatives

شركت‌هاي كوچك و متوسط از مهم‌ترين بخش هاي ساختار صنعت يك كشور هستند درك فرصت ها و چالش هاي آينده هاي بديل پيش رو ميتواند در حفظ وتوسعه اين شركت ها نقش بسزايي داشته باشد از اين رو ارائه نقشه راهي كاربردي و نظام مند در فرآيند تحقيقات آينده نگاري جهت محققان، مراجع سياست گذار ، فعالين صنعت به منظور جلوگيري از اتلاف منابع و كاهش ابهام در فرايند آينده نگاري بسيار ضروري است. اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ، ﺗﻼش دارد ﺗﺎ ﺑﺎ استفاده از روش تدوين سناريو (مدل شوارنز) راهكاري ﻣﻨﺎﺳب جهت اﺟﺮاي ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت آﯾﻨﺪهﻧﮕﺎري براي شركت‌هاي كوچك و متوسط ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد دﻫﺪ. ﺑﺪﯾﻦﻣﻨﻈﻮر، با بررسي فرايندهاي آﯾﻨﺪهﻧﮕﺎري اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﮕﺮان و ﺻﺎﺣﺒﻨﻈﺮان اﯾﻦ ﺣﻮزه نقشه راهي جامع و نظام مند مبتني بر روش سناريوهاي آينده شامل تمام جزئيات تدوين گرديد. ﺗﻔﺎوت ﭼﺎرﭼﻮب اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ دﯾﮕﺮ ﭼﺎرﭼﻮﺑﻬﺎ، اراﺋﻪ ﮔﺎم به گام تمامي مراحل بصورت جامع مختص شركت‌هاي كوچك و متوسط ميباشد . ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ آن ارائه انجام مورد كاوي ارائه شده در اين تحقيق موجب افزايش اعتبار و تسهيل در درك اين فرايند ميگردد. در اين تحقيق به صورت مورد كاوي ، صنعت چاپ استان فارس را مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است .

Small and medium enterprises are one of the most important parts of the industry structure of a country. Understanding the opportunities and challenges of the upcoming alternatives can play a significant role in the preservation and development of these companies. Therefore, providing a functional and systematic road map in the process of foresight research for researchers, policy makers, industry practitioners in order to avoid waste of resources and reduce uncertainty is essential. This paper tries to suggest a suitable strategy for conducting prospective studies for small and medium enterprises using the scenario development method (Schwarz model). To this end, by reviewing the foresight processes provided by researchers and experts in this area, a comprehensive and systematic map of the future scenario including all details was formulated. The difference in the framework provided with other frameworks is the step-by-step provision of all steps in a comprehensive way for small and medium enterprises. In addition, the presentation of the case study presented in this study will increase the credibility and facilitate the understanding of this process. In this research, we have studied the printing industry of Fars province.
