راهكارهاي موثر جهت غلبه بر چالش‌هاي مالي بيمارستان‌هاي دولتي (مطالعه موردي:مراكز آموزشي و خدمات درماني شمال غرب كشور)

Effective Strategies to Overcome the Financial Challenges of Governmental Hospitals (Case study: Northwest Educational Centers and Hospitals)

هدف از انجام اين پژوهش تعيين راهكارهاي تأثيرگذار مالي و قابل پياده‌سازي در بيمارستان‌هاي دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي ايران براي مديران به‌منظور فراهم كردن زمينه‌اي براي استقرار نظام مالي نظام‌مند جهت غلبه بر چالش‌هاي مالي بيمارستان‌هاي دولتي است.به اين منظور، با استفاده از شاخص‌هاي مطرح‌شده، 12 فرضيه اصلي و 13 فرضيه فرعي در نظر گرفته‌شده و ابزار پرسشنامه با نظرات 41 نفر از كاركنان مراكز آموزشي و خدمات درماني شمال غرب كشور انجام‌شده است و سپس داده‌ها در نرم‌افزارهاي SPSS و MATLAB با استفاده از آزمون‌هاي آماري توصيفي و تحليلي مورد تجزيه‌وتحليل قرارگرفته‌اند. نتايج اين آزمون‌ها به تأييد 16 فرضيه،انجاميد كه حاكي از اثربخشي راهكارهاي ارائه‌شده جهت غلبه بر چالش‌هاي مالي بيمارستان‌هاي دولتي است.

The purpose of this study is to determine effective financial and implementation strategies in hospitals of Iran s medical universities for managers in order to provide a ground for the establishment of a systematic financial system to overcome the financial challenges of government hospitals. For this purpose, using the indicated indicators, 12 hypotheses The main and 13 sub-hypotheses were considered and the questionnaire was used with the comments of 41 employees of educational centers and hospitals in the northwest of the country. Data were analyzed by SPSS and MATLAB software using descriptive and analytical statistics. Have gone through. The results of these tests confirmed 16 hypotheses, which indicate the effectiveness of the proposed solutions to overcome the financial challenges of government hospitals.
