بررسي رابطه بين مسئوليت اجتماعي و عملكرد مالي در شركت‌هاي پذيرفته شده بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

Investigating the Relationship between Social Responsibility and Financial Performance in Accepted Companies in Tehran Stock Exchange

چكيده هدف از تحقيق حاضر بررسي رابطه بين مسئوليت اجتماعي و عملكرد مالي شركت‌ها مي باشد، كه قلمرو مكاني اين تحقيق شركت‌هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران و قلمرو زماني سال‌هاي بين 1391 تا 1395 مي‌باشد. تحقيق حاضر در زمره تحقيقات كاربردي و به لحاظ ماهيت و روش، بترتيب توصيفي، همبستگي مي‌باشد. نمونه آماري به وسيله روش نمونه گيري حذف سيستماتيك تعداد 130 شركت پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران تعيين شد. در اين پژوهش براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها و اطلاعات، از روش كتابخانه‌اي استفاده شد. در بخش داده‌هاي پژوهش از طريق جمع‌آوري داده‌هاي شركت‌هاي نمونه با مراجعه به صورت‌هاي مالي، يادداشت‌هاي توضيحي و ماهنامه بورس اوراق بهادار انجام پذيرفت. به منظور تحليل داده‌هاي تحقيق از آزمون F ليمر و آزمون هاسمن استفاده گرديد سپس از آزمون رگرسيون چند متغيره براي تاييد رد و فرضيه تحقيق(نرم افزار ايويوز و SPSS) استفاده گرديده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد بين مسئوليت اجتماعي و عملكرد مالي شركت‌ها رابطه معناداري وجود دارد. كليد واژها : مسئوليت اجتماعي، عملكرد مالي، اندازه شركت

Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between corporate responsibility and financial performance of companies, the spatial scope of which is the companies listed in the Tehran Stock Exchange and the time domain of the years 1391 to 1395. The present research is among the applied research, and in terms of its nature and method, it is descriptive, respectively. The statistical sample was determined by systematic elimination sampling of 130 listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange. In this research, library method was used to collect data and information. In the research data section, data were collected from sample companies by referring to financial statements, explanatory notes and monthly stock exchange of the stock market. To analyze the data, the F lemmer test and Hasman test were used. Then, multivariate regression analysis was used to confirm the rejection and the hypothesis of the research (Ivyz and SPSS software) was used. The results of the research show that there is a significant relationship between corporate social responsibility and financial performance.
