بررسي اثر بخشي مدل هاي كيفيت و تعالي سازماني در محيط هاي صنعتي و خدماتي در 15 سال گذشته

در اين پژوهش در ارتباط با مدل هاي تعالي سازماني 31 مقاله معتبر از پايگاه دادههاي IEEE ، Science Direct , Scopus در خصوص ارزيابي مفاهيم مدل هاي تعالي EFQM و TQM درك روابط بين معيارهاو تاثير آنها بر روي يكديگر و مقايسه اثر بخشي از هر كدام از متغير ها و معيار ها ، وزن و ميزان تاثير گذاري و همچنين عوايد حاصل از پياد سازي انها در شركت هاي توليدي ،خدماتي و خصوصي طبقه بندي گرديده است . در بخشي از اين مطالعه به اثرات ارزيابي و خود ارزيابي با اين مدل در مراكز آموزش عالي نيز پرداخته شده است . روند مطالعات در سالهاي 2001-2017 نشان داده است كه TQM , EFQM در صنايعي همچون خودرو ، دارو ، هواپيمايي ،كاشي و مراكز درماني و در بخشي از واحدهاي خصوصي و مراكز آموزش عالي ارزيابي بيشتري شده است و عمده مشكلات بيشتر مرتبط با موانع پياده سازي اين مدل ها بوده است . پيشنهاد ميشود كه در آينده بر روي ارتباط بين TQM و EFQM در صنايع SME و تاثير متغيرهاي اثر گذار در هر خوشه صنعتي استخراج و وزن آنها مشخص شده و مدل مناسبي براي اجراي ارزيابي ارائه گردد .

In this study, in relation to organizational excellence models, 31 valid articles from IEEE, Science Direct, Scopus databases on evaluating the concepts of EFQM and TQM excellence models, understanding the relationship between criteria and their impact on each other and comparing the effectiveness of each variables and criterias, weight and impact rate, as well as revenue from their creation in manufacturing, service and private companies , addressed . In part of this study, the effects of assessment and self-assessment by this model in higher education institutions are also addressed. The trend of studies in 2001-2017 has shown that EFQM, TQM has been evaluated in industries such as automobiles, medicine, aviation, tiles and health centers, and in part of private units and higher education institutions and the major problems associated with implementation barriers of these models It is suggested that in the future, the relationship between TQM and EFQM in SME industries and the impact of variables in each industrial cluster will be extracted and their weight determined and a suitable An appropriate model for evaluating is presented
