Determining the Priority of Effective Factors on the Strategies of Nonprofit Oil Refinery Companies Using FAHP Software

According to the fast growth of petroleum industry, it is necessary to consider the dynamic strategy which is in accordance with the political, social and cultural developments. Since the past few decades, numerous oil refining companies passed the levels of privatization based on the article 44 of the constitution. The purpose of the current study is determining the effective factors of the strategies of the oil refining companies that are the member of privatization sector. The following software was used in order to achieve the purposes of this research: excel, SPSS, Excel and fuzzy AHP. The results indicate that the process factors have the most important role on the strategies of non-governmental oil refining companies. Fundamental factors, economic and environmental factors are situated in the next position based on their significance.
