چكيده فارسي :
In the present study, a simple and low-cost method has been suggested to create a micro-nano structure superhydrophobic on severe plastic deformed samples of aluminum alloy. Aluminum alloy samples were processed 0, 1, 4 and 8 passes of TCP process. The metallographic analyze was performed on severe plastic deformed samples after SPD process. It was found that increasing the number of passes reduces the intermetallic particles in the structure of the matrix. The water contact angles were measured. The water contact angle for all samples was at least 165°. It was concluded that, according to the Cassie-Baxter theory, a part of the superhydrophobic surface is in contact with water droplets, is formed from the air.
